It’s unbelievable, it should not happen, the service must improve, especially as there will be some people whose health could be severely impacted if they were to experience such a delay!

Highly recommend this service. It’s so much easier than standing in a queue in the Chemist. I order my prescriptions on NHS app, My GP approves and sent the prescription to Well online pharmacy. They have a great app and I can watch the progress. They notify me when dispatched. Then Royal Mail deliver it 24 hours later. Perfect!

Getting medication delivered was great and upto date information about when to expect delivery very good. Only thing i don't understand is w6a local well pharmacy wasn't used as my wife gets her medication delivered locally.
