The medication I required was out of…

The medication I required was out of stock for a very long time. And I switched to a different pharmacist during that time.
I am questioning whether ‘WELL’ is a reliable enough service for the future.
When the medication is in stock, the service is brilliant. But I don’t want the hassle of switching pharmacies.

Packaging inadequate

Package arrived the next day as expected so no problem there. However one of the 2 cold bags had split and soaked everything. A bit concerning as it was in the very hot weather and the medication needed to be kept cold.I am just hoping that the one cold bag which stayed intact although completely defrosted was sufficient. I emailed my concern but no response.

Great serviceI .

I had a problem with my account , but I was helped to rectify this and could continue with my order.

A completely dysfunctional device

A completely dysfunctional device. 18 hours to get response. For a urgent issue. Countless messages and no response. You don't deserve to call your service anything but a farce
