Well Pharmacy Arvostelua 

Meds not ready on time. 10 days wait.
Incomplete order of meds that was put out to mail. When i always collect my meds from pharmacy.
Not happy with having to return to pharmacy to collect/ sort out missing meds.

The whole process at the beginning is very smooth. My only concern is the reordering. When I reorder I am only home on certain days so would like to be able to chose the day and date of delivery and receive a tracking number. I can order a week in advance and pay but rarely get a tracking number or confirmation of day of delivery unless I email. The contact via email is very good and helpful but adds another element to the reordering process.

Very efficient

I have been using the pharmacy for many years. Lately I have seen a big change things are starting to move faster and I hear people with positive comments walking out. I have been using the weight management service and nour the pharmacist has been fabulous really knowledgeable has helped me understand how they work also told me the importance of keeping hydrated and still to eat well balanced meals which I have and manged with her help to loose just over a stone in 5 weeks. Smile is back on my face as I feel so much better the heaviness around my heart has gone and I am feeling much more confident. Thank you nour for all your advice and always with a smile no matter how busy you are.

Moved to Birtley and the pharmacy is right next to my GP. In the 2 months I’ve lived here, this pharmacy can’t seem to do anything right. From telling me my prescription is ready then getting there and it’s not, to being out of stock when saying they have it on the phone, this has to be the WORST, most unorganised pharmacy I’ve dealt with and I’ve lived in London for 11 years! As of today I plan to just change my pharmacy to an online on that delivers. Poor service provider

Easy to order & receive my medication in good time.

Rarely have any problems, and they tend to be Royal Mail.
All good, the only issue I think would be easier to contact Well online.
And I'm confused about Well online and Well Pharmacy they dont seem to work together at all.

After a week requesting prescription I have not recieved them yet. I would have only given one star but I gave two stars as the the woman I called at helpdesk was friendly and helpful.

Really easy to order and delivered straight to the door ! Never had any problems with Well , saves so much time. Prescriptions can go straight from the doctor . Anything on repeat is super easy too . Would highly recommend !

Second purchase as the price, service and delivery was so good first time. I buy the Sodium Chloride 5% eye drops for my dog as recommended by my vet. The brand I receive is fairly priced so I order 2 at a time which does not affect the amount I pay for postage. Great all round service and communication.

Swift, no nonsense and delivery was tracked. Couldn't ask for more.
