Can't fault anything. Communication through email was timely and detailed. Consultation with Pharmacist Sarah was thorough and really friendly and helpful on all levels.

Not on time always late never on time so I am deleting my account

Pharmacy Staff (4 Albert St., Bottesford) always polite, warm, and professional, they went above and beyond to process my repeat prescription within 10mins of receiving it on Thursday 20/08/26, because I had run out of medication.

Deliveries are usually on time but some items if not in stock or unknown to them don't merit their investigation, so I have to do without,

Absolutely amazing experience and service

I ordered FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor (2 Pack) both were faulty. The manufacturer replaced the first one but not the second one.
Huge waste of money and caused a lot of anxiety during my pregnancy as my blood sugar readings were so inaccurate.
I accept you get the odd one that doesn’t work but 2 ?!? From the same seller. Perhaps a faulty batch being sold, that’s why they were on offer?

I thought I'd ordered 2 x120 packs but they were only 60's so turned out to be pricey. Delivery was OK & in reasonable time.

Alex at the pharmacy is brilliant would not go any where else he as always got time for you and very professional well done alex

If I could give a -Zero review I would....
This place is so badly ran its almost a joke.
Pharmacists don't turn up on a daily basis to this place so you can NEVER pick up your medication when you should be picking it up which in some cases is life threataning. Do they care? no they dont....
Once the pharmacy assistant that's meant to open the place at 9am didn't turn up till 12pm. He didn't care and said I wasn't meant to be working today.
The female pharmacist is also very rude and obviously doesn't care about patient/customer care .
One thing also I would like to highlight is that when the other local pharmacy was also shut due to yet again the pharmacist not turning up and they could not pick up their medications they rang 111 and they said they would send an emergency prescription to this well pharmacy.
The pharmacy refused as they stated the GP was open for another 15 mins.
As if your going to get the GP to issue a new prescription within that amount of time.
This place should be shut down, its no longer a service to the community and is of any use. I often stand outside the place with other customers way past after 9am waiting it for open, and its not just that its also that all the shelves are bare and there is literally ZERO customer service.
I will be making an official complaint to Well head office and to the The General Pharmaceutical Council as well. its like delboy is running this place. Joke
