Scam company !!!!
Simple toilet blockage with no leaks or spills (just slow drainage)
Expected time to fix - one hour so accepted the emergency fee of £249.
The plumber covered the bathroom in faeces - shit in the bath, shower, across the floor which was then walked across rugs through my flat.
Queried payment - was pressured to pay and the guy tried to follow me to the cashpoint. The woman at ‘the office’ pretended to be different people when we called.
Thugs, scammers - DO NOT USE.

£1200 charge to replace radiator valve. Engineer not qualified to carry out the work in a reasonable time frame. charged 3 hours work for a 30 minute job.

Please DON'T use this company at all. I was quoted £65 + VAT for a boiler issue (no power). However, when the engineer arrived, he immediately asked my tenant to agree to an “investigation fee” of £269 + VAT per hour, despite being clearly instructed that all payment and repair discussions were to be directed to me. No proper checks were carried out before attempting to impose this higher charge. Fortunately, I intervened immediately. Otherwise, this could easily have cost £500 or more for what turned out to be a very simple issue — the thermostat had been accidentally switched off by the tenant.

This experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Called an electrician for a faulty light fitting
2 hours later. £869.00 and I now have 2 faulty light fittings. He said he could fix it if I paid for another 2 hours.
Called another company came next day fixed everything in under 15 minutes £40.
We fix are unqualified and scammers

Scam company says 60 callout charges and then you decide if you need to fix the issue and parts but they hide investigation fees. Investigation is switching boiler off and on. Scam bill of 200 creates and then reduced it to 144. I wish I had more energy to shout I would have brought it further down. Disgusting people trying to make money of people misery. Seeing that I have young children at home without heating instead of gets to issue they simply waste fuel by coming onsite and pretend to know the problem. Frankly the guy had no idea about the issue. Booked and became member with British Gas immediately.

The price was high, and the material fee was a kind of hidden charge. Though my plumber is good at his work. The company is a rip-off.

I had a repair today woth one of your colleague called Dany from southport at 96 upperwarwick street between 11:30/11:45am,i want to say is was very, polite and very frendly,quivk and done a very good Job.

Never use this company! Con artist! They will charge you one £1000 for 40 minutes work! They will use bully tactics to make you over pay! They will harass your phone, they will stay in your property! They not complete the job! Do yourself a favour and use anyone else! Evil company! Family owned! Pure and utter horrible! Don’t give your money to them! Let them waste away into not existence!

We have been scammed for a toilet leak issue caused by tissue, it was just a 10 mint job for the technician to clear it and for this he charged almost £500 which is really a shock and advised to claim the amount from landlord but the landlord refused to do and we lost this lum sum amount.

Kindly do not get trapped by calling this vendor.

Hi We Fix Now, just thought I would come on and give you a positive review and help clarify to other potential clients you are nothing to do with We Fix 24 who are absolutely a bunch of scammers. I have been scammed by them and done everything I can to expose them. Please lets all not use We Fix 24 and get them put out of business so other people avoid being scammed.

If there were a zero-star rating, I'd give it zero stars without hesitation! Charged £720 per hour. During the phone call, they only mentioned a call-out fee of £69 plus VAT, which seemed reasonable. However, upon arrival, they stated the inspection and repair fee was £599 plus VAT. As it was an extremely cold night and I didn't want to disappoint the tenant, I accepted this price.

We Fix 24 LTD -Absolute Scammers !!! Pressure you into signing a contract for £399 per hour. Engineer disappeared for an hour ( which i was charged for ) said he had to go to Brixton for a part. Charged me £400 for a valve which has a retail price of £25 - now refuse to provide any receipt for the materials. I have asked several times for the receipt for the valve as this would validate the material cost and his location for the missing hour. Please avoid people !!!!

I was quoted £50 call out fee but as soon as the engineer arrived I was quoted £299 an hour and the engineer inevitably he went off to get a part which cost much more than market price. There was also a hidden admin fee so my bill for 2.5 hours was whopping £1,500.

DO NOT USE. This company has just fleeced me. Hidden charges, unecessary costs, overpriced. They rely on people panicking in an emergency. They charge an hourly rate and give you an estimate that is wildly under what it actually took them to complate the job. At over £400 an hour you expect expert plumbers, not someone who needs to do the job twice to fix it.

The engineer attended my property following a flood to check all electrical components were safe. The electrician explained several items were damaged but they weren’t and this was confirmed by a second electrician who assessed the property afterwards. He essentially took 7 hours to change a couple of lights bulbs and a fire alarm. They are not transparent with costs and you are tricked into signing a contract. They fail to disclose all costs upfront and do unnecessary work.

Once the work had finished he sent me an invoice for £2,285! I was understandably distressed and confused. The engineer refused to leave my house until he received payment even though I explained I could not pay this amount. As a female living alone I found this experience frightening. This behaviour was coercive, intimidating and left me visibly distressed. They demonstrate aggressive commercial practices!
I am in discussion with the Ombudsman and would urge others to report this company too! I am also seeking legal advice. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

I would not go near this company. They are deliberately misleading with their pricing and I feel they take advantage of people’s desperation in order to charge unreasonable prices. Their customer service at all levels was appalling. Emily in particular was very rude and either completely incompetent or simply misleading customers regarding services. Emily told me the plumbers set the hourly rate, but the plumber informed me that the rates are set by the company. This seems like a way of the company misleading customers into rendering their services, just to be stuck with ludicrous bills. They are deliberately avoiding being transparent with their prices just to get their plumbers through the door. Emily’s unclear information meant that I was not able to make a properly informed decision about the service.

My boiler needed urgent repair as no hot water or heating so I foolishly went with We Fix 24 Ltd without checking reviews. I was advised of a £50 call out which seemed reasonable and the engineer came within 30 minutes. In fairness he did a good job. But the final bill was astronomical - it included an "admin fee" of over £900 but as the engineer advised he had to remain until it was paid, plus I was working from home, I felt obliged to pay, so I paid in full there and then. Never use this company. They know and I know I was ripped off, so my prayer is they will eventually suffer for all the people they have ripped off. But beware and don't use We Fix 24 Ltd
