My GHD’s were fixed so quickly and the communication was excellent. I was kept informed about my straightener and if i had any questions my emails and calls were answered quickly. I highly recommend this service :-)

When my straighteners stopped working three days before I was going on holiday, I was devastated and thought I would have to spend £189 on new ones. Then my daughter told me about We Fix GHD’s! I contacted them immediately and explained that I needed the repair urgently. They operate a postal service but as I don’t live too far away I was able to drop them off. Later the same day, I received a message to say that my straighteners were fixed and ready for collection. My straighteners are now as good as new and all for £24.99 including a six month guarantee! Just received my GHD's back after over a year of not working and they are working great, such a relief to have them back, thank you GHD Repair! I loved the use of hairbands as packing ties - very sustainable, a great idea! Lovely touch to receive a free sample of Tresemme hair protector too. Highly recommend the service, great communication throughout the process and great price.

I used the branch in Ormskirk and they were fantastic. From answering my query over the phone, to explaining what the problem was and what I had to do, to getting them fixed and back to me within a matter of days. They communicated what was happening really well throughout. The GHDs were packaged and returned safely and securely. I would recommend these to anyone.

When my ghds did not work I contacted GHD but they didn’t carry out repairs. I searched online and found wefixghds.Com. I phoned and spoke to Paul who was very helpful and informative. I posted my ghds and they were fixed within a day and returned working perfectly and as good as new the following day . No hesitation in recommending to my daughter and friends an excellent service.
