I sent in 2 pairs of GHD including an…

I sent in 2 pairs of GHD including an original pair which I had not even thought about getting fixed.From the day my GHD's were received I was kept updated on the progress and within 48 hours both pairs were confirmed fixed and working. My GHD arrived back within 24 hours this was followed up with a courtesy email. I would highly recommend this company defenitely a 5 star service from start to finish, professional and efficient. Thank you Tracy

Amazing service

Amazing service - I'm so impressed. What a brilliant experience from start to finish. My straighteners broke a 4 days before Christmas and were back to me within 2 days, with incredible service. Love the attention to detail. Grateful

If only all companies worked like this

If only all companies worked like this. Unbelievably fast service and communication that puts the big boys to shame. Sent to them on Monday morning and already on their way back by Tuesday evening. Updates all the way. Definitely recommend!
