The masks fit great & have a place to insert a filter. I wish the lining was a little thicker but with a filter placed inside it should be fine.

I don't normally leave reviews but this particular situation annoyed me enough to do so! I ordered a set of groomsman gifts for my wedding last week and paid for special delivery so that they would arrive a minimum of ten days before the event. However, we realised the week before the wedding that we still had not received the gifts and had not had any notification of their status or whereabouts.
We got in touch and were told we needed to speak to someone from the Head Office in the UK (this meant waiting a day for someone to be in) as the chat staff did not have the authorisation to view our case details.
Unfortunately, we never heard back despite being told someone would get in touch so we had to submit a missing order ticket at which point someone from the UK did get in touch. By this point, however, it was our wedding day and already too late. They then asked if we still wanted to proceed with the order but because we were busy getting married and going on honeymoon I didn't respond that week. I then received an email a week later saying that because they had not heard from us, they had cancelled the order (without my permission!).
Utterly infuriating and a real shame as the product looked very nice. The reason for the issues was blamed on "stock issues" but there was no indication of this when purchasing on the website and no proactive communication from Weddingstar. I will not be using them again.

Weddingstar's Protective Masks are our families favorite masks to wear. I love the style and comfort and my three children love the fit and comfort.

Everything turned out great, I was surprised with how fast I got it.

My delivery was damaged. I ordered 4 dozen mason jars with 4 dozen mason jars and 1/4 of the jars were delivered broken and 2 boxes of 12 lids were missing. Had they put bubble wrap or some recycled material inside each jar this may have been prevented. The box came soaking wet and thus the goods were damaged. Since items were out of stock the initial offer of replacement glasses were not an option. After emailing and chatting they finally offered a refund but initially knowing this is for a wedding they offered no great resolution, this caused unneeded stress on me……THE BRIDE.

I purchased these PJs for my bridesmaids to wear the morning of the wedding while we are getting ready. The PJs are good quality fabric. I also personalized them with each girl’s name. They looked fantastic online, the personalization was beautiful and it matched the PJs perfectly. HOWEVER, when they came in the mail, I opened the package and my heart sank. They look NOTHING like the product preview. The personalization thread doesn’t match the fabric at all. They look absolutely awful. I contacted CS to see if I could return them and they could change the thread color and they said no. And if I were to return them, I would pay for the shipping and they would only give me 50% back. I am NOT satisfied with the result of the PJs. They basically said it was my fault they didn’t look good. I’m actually considering getting completely new ones (not from here), even after I just spent a decent amount on these. I want my girls to look and feel beautiful while we are getting ready, these won’t do that.

This is by far the worst customer service i have been in contact with. i have placed my order to realize i made a mistake i needed to correct. so i contact them through the chat and they told me they will flag my order to cancel it. They went ahead and charged me credit card and it has been 5 days and they are still waiting for my order to come from the whearhouse (in canada) as if they have to do everything by hand. It is 2021 its all done by computer why can't they look it up in their systems? If you know what is best for you NEVER ORDER FROM THEM trust me they are the worst.

Came very fast and looked just as pictured. I found this item on another site but after digging realized this was the original supplier. More affordable than the other site and just what I wanted and expected for a lower price. Don’t hesitate to order!
