Rock on Dewalt.

This is the first time I have made a purchase from Webster Power Products, Initially I found the website quite confusing and had some issues regarding my purchase. But a quick call to a very helpful and friendly gent called "Robert" the issue was solved.
I have purchased "Dewalt Products" many times and I see no potential problems with my purchase and I will certainly be looking at Webster Products again.

Showed an item on the website for next day delivery, received an invoice. Waited 4 days no item so i gave them a call only to be told that they were out of stock so they didn't take the money. Apparently they sent me a message, but i can assure you that i never received this message must have been because of the virus.

Product arrived on time

Product arrived on time, however the box was not in the best of conditions. Luckily the product is fine and work as it should without scratches or dents.

Questionable service

Ordered one week ago. Paid £5.95 for next day delivery. Still waiting. Phoned yesterday and gentleman was apologetic. He has undertaken to call me today to let me know what is happening. Disappointed as I had to call to establish the status of my order.
