Banyo Arvostelua 

From the time of ordering I was contacted shortly after to tell me that there was a 3 week lead in time for our small metal bath. They gave me the option to cancel.
We decided to wait and proceed with the order. We were told that they would contact the supplier in 2 weeks to see what was happening.
I was contacted within that time period to say that the bath was in transit.
Unfortunately the delivery day did not happen on that Friday.
Monday I phoned banyo for information.
I spoke with Yassar who was very helpful and contacted the pallet delivery people to get a delivery date. He informed me that it would be delivered that day. I asked for a time and he said he would get back to me. True to his word 30 minuted later he was contacting me with a delivery time slot.
The following day Yassar phone me to see if all was ok with the delivery.
All in all I have been pleased with the service give,all staff contacted have been helpful.

Excellent service from Ricky who went the extra mile to get the product I wanted. Communications were good and the delivery was spot on with the driver being very helpful. All in all a good retailer, would recommend.

I purchased a DRU gas fire from Banyo. It was on 4-6 week lead time. Following the order they called me to inform me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order.
Yasser kept me informed of progress and the heater was delivered ahead of time.
Very happy with the purchases particulalrly with Yasser who was very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful identifying a replacement toilet seat given the number of variations.

While I was looking for a chimney vent for a Dru Fire and I came across Banyo on the internet . On calling them I was greeted by Yasser in sales who was very helpful in every way and also was very patience is attending to my request Yasser was professional polite and amusing while we talked on the phone to establish what I needed and he sourced the vent that was perfect for my needs
I ordered 2 vents which were dispatched promptly to my location . On fitting the first vent and due to a survey on the internal chimney breast it was decided that I only required 1 vents , so an calling Yasser he advice to return the second unused vent and I would obtain a refund which was credited to my bank account within 7 days This type of service is hard to find in this world that we live in and I want to say a big thank you to Yasser Banyo is a company that I will use again and recommend to anyone looking for their products. Yasser is a triple AAA 5 STAR GUY
