Paid extra for refundable flight on 25 th May 2023 my daughter got ill and wasn’t able to come so ask for a refund in July before our trip . I keep
Phoning webjet, they say are still waiting to hear from Maylasian Airlines , so i have contacted them with the e ticket, refund numbers they say get back to webjet , I keep phoning them still waiting it been 7 months im not a happy customer . Paid over $800 for this flight they take about $200 for admin fees it a bloody rip off so bad customer service .

Excellent choice of payment options. Good prices, even cheaper than in flight companies own sites.
Was slightly disappointed with promo code expiry terms - 3 min only! A bit too fast to use it.
So far I am happy with my choice.

Greedy Webjet
We booked a 7 day flight and hotel package to QLD with Webjet. The flight was cancelled so we were put on a flight the next day. We lost a night's stay plus parking fees, but Webjet didn't want to give us a 1 night's waiver. We booked through Webjet but they fobbed us off to the hotel and the hotel fobbed us off to Webjet. So us, the consumer is financially disadvantaged while the hotel and Webjet made a profit.
I received a response from Webjet apologizing and for me to contact them so they can look into it further. So I did and they just told me the same response so that was a waste of time but perhaps made them look good to the public.

Great experience, second time booking
This is the second time I have made a booking with webjet in the past month. The booking process is incredibly easy and fast. The offer of Afterpay is a bonus too. Highly recommend.

Finding the right flight at the right price took a few searches over 48hrs but well worth it as I found and booked the exact flight I needed for the same price as with previous flight, so very happy with this. I checked the flight company and their prices were higher than yours, so well done webjet! It's a win-win for you guys

Worst in customer service
After booking a flight, the option for choosing seats was skipped. Trying later, the airline site stated "Sorry, this can only be managed by an issuing agent.", The issuing agent, webjet, refused to make any changes, instead, giving me the booking number and site, the airline" to make those changes, which then stated "Sorry, this can only be managed by an issuing agent."
Customer service agent, refused to do anything that is even remotely related to customer service, saying her system says i can choose the seat when they look at the site, being the issuing agent, but when I try, I can't. A concept that she couldn't understand.
Use webjet to find flights, then book directly with the airlines.
They use everything they can to avoid fixing THEIR mistakes
