After wasting hours trying to book return tickets from Melbourne to Brisbane on the Rex website, which just bumped me off every time I got to the last step, I booked my tickets through webjet. it was quick, easy to follow website. Have used them previously and all flight info, itinerary etc is sent as promised, and available on website or app. Excellent service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Support - please read before booking
Any Australian that can learn from my experience; don't use Webjet as an option. Booked flights that had to be changed (simply adding a flight) however in order to add we had to cancel the whole order and what they fail to mention is the 12 WEEKS to get a refund (still no refund; we are going on 18 weeks) we didn't by cheap flights; these were business class flights and we have been treated like trash. Customer service is an Indian call centre and the service is HORRIBLE.

Great Price and able to get direct flights
Checked the prices separately with the actual airlines and also checked with other websites. There are no hidden charges with Webjet and show direct flight which was great. I just need to Type a little faster as it times out twice.
