Everything arrived very quickly and was well packed. Now we just have to set it up and see how it performs.

I returned my unit for inspection as it did not seem to be working as I expected. The return process was simple and efficient. The next hing I knew was that a parcel was on it way to me, which turned out to be a brand new fully boxed up replacement. You can not get better service than that

Received order very quickly.However at the same time I received another package addressed to me that contained another persons order.I emailed the Weather shop about this on the 5th March requesting instructions re disposal/return etc.I have still not had a reply.

Very happy with the service from Weathershop.co.uk. Next day delivery happened as offered. Good communication with the shop, as I wasnt quite sure my order had completed on line. Initial satisfaction with the product (Davis Vantage Vue) was about 80% as I experienced some issues setting it up. Now very satisfied & getting lots of good weather data from the product. Well worth persevering with the gadget!

It was easy to order items on the homepage. Prompt despatch, and I was kept up to date with each stage of the process. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Not very well, my weather machine doesn’t work. I have tried to make contact, but nobody has replied. I even tried to use the live assistance, but she said she could not contact the support staff. I tried to ring the support line but they are working remotely and couldn’t help.

No problems with delivery, arrived sensibly packaged for transit. Adjusted the Barometer to read local Surface pressure. However, difficult to set during a Stormy spell but got within 2 mbar, close enough until a stable High comes in. The usual light tap, tap, tap required to overcome pointer mechanism stick'ion.
Nice brushed stainless finish, nice sized face/dial, plenty of needle movement over the measurement range etc.

Further to my review of 17 Feb yesterday morning I sent a further e-mail to the Weather Shop yesterday (Sunday) and within 5 hours I had a satisfactory reply

I have purchased several items from the Weathershop and had great service and advice. I have found Weathershop equally helpful about set up and warranty issues so I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a Bresser Unit from Weathershop, their website is easy to navigate and have good prices. Packaged well and delivered within a couple of days.

The first product didn't work properly so I returned it requesting a replacement; this came promptly and without charge, and works fine.

Weathershop did fine, really well. The only reason I've not given five stars is knowing how bad the Bresser instructions are - like really bad you could have earned that extra badge by providing your own instructions.

It wouldn't take a lot and be a real USP for your company.

Almost too much choice at a wide range of prices. It pays to take time looking through the options. A means of comparing products would be helpful.
I am happy with what I have got, easy to set up.
