I wanted to return an item. But the shipping cost ,21 pounds it's ridiculous as have to return air post to China i have lost 40 pounds on purchasing from here and they do not seem to care. The goods are cheap and not like the pictures at all so I advice not to buy from here

Counterfeit merchandise!
This site is selling counterfeit items. Do not trust the positive reviews. If you notice they all have the same 'generic' wording. I tried to cancel my order within 24hrs of placing it. I got a generic response offering me $10 to not cancel. I responded 3 times refusing the offer and received the same offer all 3 times! I had my bank reverse the charge on my account.

This company is a straight up scan with multiple complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I purchased a product never received. It requested a refund at least 20 times each time an automated message comes up with a different excuse telling everyone that’ll listen to avoid this company they’re using the Carhartt name in a scan that steals from people.
