Well, I have to apologize to Wayrates! I had a very bad experience with my order,(never received ) so I requested my money back, and they gave me all kinds of excuses. Finally, I got an email saying they had processed a refund to my credit card, I didn't believe it. Today, to my surprise, my money was back on my card! Therefore, I sincerely apologize for my previous terrible review. I wish I had gotten my order instead, but at least they were not dishonest. Thank you!

I don't have an order Number For the item I ordered. When i Google if Wayrats is a legit store everything that came up says it's a scam and what they ordered isn't what they got. How can I place an order and have no order number????? I should have known it was a scam. Do not order from this "company" I'm sure my "carhartt trench coat" will ship before I hear back from them. I sent an email to them within 15 minutes of placing my order after realizing they are a scam company. The number they provide doesn't work and who knows if the email is even legit. I contacted them with the phone number the provided and it says it's an invalid number. I sent an email saying I never received an order # and I got a reply within minutes. But the moment I I provided an offer # (if it's even legit) I haven't heard back. So good luck to anyone who placed an order with them.

Sent in an order for carhartt etc hoodies..First of all I had to contact p/pal as order didnt arrive.Then Noticed that they had taken two payments from my p/pa account .Same order and yet 2 different ammounts .. I contacted P/pal again ,during which time order arrived..Goods inside were very cheap faux.copies .Thin material limp,and badly stitched.I contacted the senders, who never responded,I did so again ,but my mail was sent back as they refused to accept it..I contacted p/pal and took out a case .They declined my case ,on the grounds that my goods had been received by me.I pointed out that ,my main reason for complaint was that they had charged me twice,and 2 different ammounts .I then told them the goods were fake ,they reopened my case ..Once again p/pal went in their favour telling me that the senders had sent out goods as per their pictures ,,.I am totally disgusted ,,Not only this,but they are using various different email addresses and business names.. I bought from Wayrates ,yet payment went to a company called popopie .. and yet a different e mail adress..
.I am going to report them to trading standards as I cannot afford to lose this kind of money,and dont want anyone else being scammed ..

All counterfeit goods which won’t last long thankfully as the material is awful and irritating to the skin.

i ordered the wrong size by accident and immediatly sent a very detailed message asking them to change my size from 3xl to 2xl. And i have giving the company my email address and my name and my address to mail and my phone number but they failed to communicate, to verify if the item size has been changed to 2 XL

I purchased a really nice vibrant forest green coat from Wayrates. When it arrived it was not even close to the green colour advertised. I e-mailed Wayrates with all the information they requested on this matter. I even sent pictures to show the night n day difference between the coat I received and the coat they advertised. It cost me $55 for the coat and $20 for shipping. Their answer to this issue was a $20 coupon on my next purchase OR a whopping $17 refund sent back to me. Use extreme caution when shopping on Wayrates. What they advertise is in fact not what you'll get. If I had the opportunity to leave a no stars rating, I certainly would. Shopping on Wayrates was a lesson learned. Never again will I shop on Wayrates. Buncha cheatin, lyin, no good dirty bastards.

The fact that Wayrates replied to this review. Stating the very same reply I got when I e-mailed them about this issue in the first place is laughable.
I'm not about to repeat the very same process I did only a few days ago. Ultimately to result the same way as they've already decided

Unless a full refund is made on their part. My review still stands.

Consumers work hard for the money they have. We reward ourselves by purchasing items that either make life easier or just makes one feel good.
Being deceived and mislead by an online shopping site is disturbing and absolutely unacceptable.

Buyers beware of Wayrates.

I am grateful that this site "Trustpilot" exists.
That way consumers like me can read reviews on other consumers experiences. Also to leave a review on companies like Wayrates and any others like them that deceive potential buyers by using misleading and bogus pictures of the products they sell online.

I wish I had discovered Trustpilot before making this online purchase from Wayrates.
From this day forward I will certainly visit Trustpilot first for any future online purchases I may make from an online shopping site.

Easy to use and lots of items

Do not order from these people i ordered a 2 piece carhartt shirt and skirt...and didnt even get what i orignally wanted they sent me something totally different....i knew that there 2 piece carhartt item was fake but it looked so beautiful i just had too have it...They are giving me a hard time to send it back and get a refund....i feel like i losted out on my money

Great products! Great prices! Still have not received items ordered. This is 12/28/25. Email said items shipped 12/11/25. I think I got scammed.

Items are fake and poorly made this is not and English company it’s a fake sweat shop so don’t waste your time or your money has been reported to trading standards in both countries.disgraceful company.my wife ordered jacket for Xmas present come through as a fake branded product.
Has emailed to return but no reply still 4 days later

Your email or phone number do not connect please issue a refund asap for your fake goods all has been reported to the authorities in both countries
