Not happy with purchase
Ordered some sunglasses then later received an email they were not in stock. Website should notify customers a product is out of stock instead of taking their money and notifying them later by email. I have emailed twice to notify them of my cancellation and have not received a credit nor confirmation of cancellation email. I was offered a stock model for the same price. Uh... I don't think so. A stock model will probably have scratches and tried on by other customers. How could you offer a lower quality product to a new customer? Not happy. 😐

Since we have not been able to get any of our emails or voice mails we sent to you answered, we are trying to reach you here. We apologize for any confusion, but the item you ordered was indeed listed as out-of-stock on the site when you placed the order for them. We received both emails you sent, replied to both of them and canceled your order. Your order has been canceled and was only pre-authorized, never officially charged. This was voided off, telling the bank/credit card company that we would not be accepting the funds. This applies to your account within two-to-three business days.
You also were not offered a "stock" model. You were offered an "in-stock" model per our emails to you. Since all of these items are kept on shelves and warehouses, they have never been tried on or touched by anyone else. We would never think to offer a lower quality product. We're also confused how you knew we offered you this since we only offered the in-stock model via the emails you stated you never received.
Can you help us clear this up so we can improve your experience with our company? There are a lot of issues with your review that do not match up with what we have records of on our end. Please contact us here if you do not want to reply to our emails or phone calls.

Where is my watch?
Bought the watch a week ago and haven't heard a word from them since. It would be nice to know when it's shipping and have a tracking number. Don't think I'd buy from them again.

I'm very sorry to hear about your confusion on this order. MTM only has one other authorized dealer in the US (besides them), and that's us. However, they don't allow us to stock their products--all of the stock drop ships to the buyers directly from them. As a result, they send you all of the tracking and shipping emails and not our company because we don;t have access to that information. I have been contacting them to find out why their emails never made it to you, but they only could tell me that they were sent out to the email address you provided, and that they had no further information.
Similarly, an order confirmation email was sent out to you from us when your order came in as well, but I do not know why you did not get it, unless all of these emails were going into your SPAM folder.
Is there anything I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you respond to the emails we've sent you. :) Thanks again, James!
Ordering is very easy
The order interface was intuitive and all on one page so ordering was a snap. We'll see how delivery goes.

Bad Experience Made Good
Went in to have batteries replaced on several watches. An employee broke one of the watches and tried to blame my wife. That night I wrote to the owner. He made good and then some. I trust that he does not run his shop like that. He took care of the problem and took care of us. We are very happy with how it was all resolved and he earned out business back. Thanks!

Living Room Customer Service?
The site was not accepting my credit card so I had to call for help twice...sounded like I was speaking to a guy watching tv on his couch. Told me to wait an hour and see if it goes through. (I could tell it wouldn't) Called back after an hour and he told me to wait 24 hours to go back online and order it.

Very good range from which to choose. Prices very competitive. Freight charges - an issue to an Australian buyer - seemed reasonable. Illustration of watch was quite accurate. Full disclosure of manufacture of item would have been appreciated i.e. Japanese movement (mentioned) in a Chinese case (not mentioned). Precise size of the watch is also not mentioned which would also have been a factor in my purchase decision. I would deal with WatchCo again but probably wouldn't buy another Bertucci, knowing now what goes into one.

Lovely watch, communication glitch resolved
After a delay in receiving my item, the customer service dept. bent over backwards to resolve the issue and make me very happy. The TokyoBay small women's jet watch is great; an interesting design, nicely made, & I love the comfortable mesh band.

I need to return one of the watches. The return process could be made easier for customers. I did not receive a return shipping label or any information about returns. I will have to call the company which is inconvenient. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with my order!
