Outstanding Service Again
This is my second transaction with this company in a year. Five star transaction as my previous one.
Purchased a Citizen BN0150-28E. Watch arrived on time and product was as described. The only exception is the lug width of the watch band. The band lug width is actually 20mm vice 22mm. Not an issue since I would have purchased watch anyway.
Online purchases don't get any better than this. Item was in stock. Authorized Citizen dealer, great price, 110% price guarantee, and a 10% holiday discount.
Watch arrived hacked to the second when compared to my atomic clock.
Watchco.com has my strongest recommendations.

don't waste your time
This company took my order for a month and never sent me the product. I emailed many times and eventually the company said they were canceling the order with no explanation.
After over a week of "looking into it" they stated that the transaction was red flagged my my credit card company as being possibly fraudulent.
My credit card texts me when a transaction is suspicious and I got no such text. Not to mention if the company was aware it was due to my card thinking it was fraud why wouldn't they alert me to the issue.

I'm not sure why you have not received the emails we have been sending you, but we can communicate via edited reviews and review responses here if that's easier for you.
We don't have an answer why your credit card company didn't contact you directly. Obviously, it does not behoove us to turn down money by canceling orders! We never had access to the payment on this order, and your credit card company did not contact us either as to why they voided the transaction. They have further stonewalled our requests for more information because of privacy issues, which we understand (to a point).
That said, none of this is your fault at all. Since your credit card company does not appear willing to make it up to you, we are. We have offered a free watch from our collection for the hassle and inconvenience caused. We just would ask that you reply to any of the emails we have been sending you with the model number of the watch you'd like.

Unfortunately, the watch I ordered went missing in transit - no one's fault. Everything arrived but the watch, so for the first time in years of buying over the net I experienced a little bit of crime.
Anyway, I just emailed WatchCo.com with the sad news and they just said, fine, sorry that happened but we will just get another off to you. Just like that! A little over a week later the replacement arrived safe and sound - not bad considering I am in rural Australia!
I was so thankful and impressed by this service - really excellent! The watch was great, great price, and fabulously fuss-free service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the them with full confidence of satisfaction. It's hard to put a price on service of this quality. Thanks again guys!

I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused on this order. Can you forward us the emails you said you did not receive a response to? We do not have any emails from you that were not promptly answered. We also sent out an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. Did they end up in your SPAM folder?
Also, the type of shipping you chose, First Class Mail International, usually takes seven-to-10 business days, which are 10-to-14 regular days depending on the time it takes to clear customs. According to the tracking, your order was delivered within that time frame.
Is there anything else I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you respond to any of the emails or voice mails we have left.

Issues with original order, but customer service made up for it.
I had ordered a watch and something went wrong with the billing/shipping address and my order was cancelled without my knowledge. Once I got in touch with the company, they were unable to figure out why that happened, but they were very persistent in making my overall experience a positive one. To make up for the confusion, they replaced my order free of charge. Technological errors aside, the customer service was excellent! I appreciate their efforts in remedying the situation.

Yes, your order was automatically canceled by your credit card company because it was red-flagged. As soon as we got notice from them, we contacted you right away. I do not know why you did not receive a notice from them on it though. We contacted them for an explanation, but they cited privacy reasons as to why they could not divulge that information to us and only to the card holder. If there's any way that we can improve this negative experience for you, please let us know so we can make it happen! :)
