Useless service, empty promises
I ordered two watches and the first time I waited a couple of weeks to find out that the order had been cancelled. I received no notice of this by email or by phone and had to ask them. I ordered a second time and it's taken almost 4 weeks to get the item in stock. No communication from them, I had to proactively contact them. Now PayPal authorisation has lapsed they have again cancelled my order. Would never use them again

We are very sorry for any confusion, but we are having some difficulty understanding your review.
We did not cancel your original order--your credit card company did. The reason they gave us was because the information you provided on your order with us did not match up with the information they had on file for you. We sent an email to you regarding this, and your credit card company informed us that they did the same. The number you provided gave us a fast busy signal each time we made the international call to you.
On your second order, the items were not listed as in stock on our site, and we emailed you the estimated ETA date from the manufacturer as well as emailed you all of the updates we received directly from Fossil regarding your two items. Unfortunately Fossil has continued to keep the out-of-stock models you chose on back order, and PayPal voids the transaction if the funds are not taken by the merchant within 30 days. PayPal canceled the second order, rather than us.
We can forward the near dozen emails we sent to the email address on your order, so we're having difficulty understanding why you state you received no communication from us.
Again, we are very sorry for all of the difficulty on your order, but we're not sure what more we could have done for you. If you have any ideas on how we can improve your experience with our company, please let us know so we can make it happen.

Fossil Watch Purchase
Very happy with the Fossil watch I purchased from The Watch Co. Priced significantly cheaper than I could find in Australia. Postage was relatively cheap and quite quick about 6-7 business days from the US!

Lowest price, good customer service, fast shipping.
I don't generally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review since I have seen a lot of bad ones on here. I personally had a very good experience with them. Ordered a Helle knife on Sunday, had it by Thursday. They had the best price on-line and when I wrote to them about a shipping question, they got back to me really fast. I am very skeptical of online shops, but everything went well with them.

This item was ordered on December 2, 2017.. I had paid for premium shipping which was over $44.00 with shipping to be within 4 -9 business days. This item was not processed until December 12, 2017 let alone shipped within that time. As a Christmas present it never arrived until December 28, 2017. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Also there was no instruction manual with the item as indicated there would be. BAH HUMBUG!
I would never order from this company again, nor rely on their expedient shipping practises...

We are very sorry to hear about this and definitely apologize for the confusion! We hadn't received any emails or voicemails from you about this, so this is the first we heard about the difficulty on this order. Since you placed the order on Saturday afternoon, it could not be sent to the fulfillment center for shipping until Monday the 4th.
The order was sent there for shipping first thing Monday morning, and we already have an open investigation with them to find out why the item was not sent out right away that same day. As soon as we get an update from them, we will let you know!
The shipping time frames listed are estimates provided by the couriers themselves and not guarantees. Sometimes due to weather delays, courier issues and/or customs checks, the items can take longer to arrive.
Furthermore, we have also contacted the manufacturer complaining and demanding an explanation on how they could not have packed up your watch without a manual. We have given them your address to have them send you a manual (they do not supply us with extras). In the meantime, they stated you can download the manual from their website.
What more can we do for you to help make up for this poor experience? Please just reply to any of the emails we've sent you from info@watchco.com. Once again, we are very sorry for all of the issues and will work to make it right. Thanks again, Garry!

Horrible customer service
Have ordered from this company twice, first time was great and I would have given them a glowing review. Second time was and still is a nightmare. BEWARE, this company is fine if everything goes right but a nightmare if things go wrong.
Ordered two watches as gifts for Christmas, one for my daughter and one for my wife. Received a notification that both had shipped, 11 days latter (17 December) received a very battered box containing my wife's watch, outer and inner boxes dented. Watch appears OK but no way to tell until after Christmas and it is used for a while. All the same presenting a battered box as a Christmas present isn't the best.
In the box with my wife's battered watch was the receipt with a pen line through the line for my daughters watch and the word "refunded" written next to it. So, 11 days after I received confirmation that my daughters watch had been shipped I receive a one word "cancellation" scrawled on a receipt. No explanation of what has happened, no apology, no nothing. To make things worse the refund has not been processed 11 days latter. Too late to order a replacement watch for my daughter and there is nothing decent left in the stores.
Edit: The refund has now been processed.

I can assure you that we would never have shipped the items in that condition and sincerely apologize at the poor job the courier did in handling your packages. Also, was the watch battered or just the box? Or both? If the watch was "battered" as you state, can you send a photo to us so we may file a claim with the courier on your behalf rather than you having to go through the hassle of it? Good price on the watch I was looking …
Good price on the watch I was looking for. Unfortunately the 15% off winter sale coupon wouldn't apply at the time of the order. I tried in Safari and Chrome to no avail. The day after ordering, I tested the coupon again and it mysteriously worked. Not such a big deal, but was a $30 difference.
Overall the website seems nice, and the watch shipped promptly.
Edit: After contacting WatchCo, they fixed the problem with the coupon :)
