Feeling let down as no reply on my order. Been waiting over 4 weeks. I understand there is a 28 day delay, but i have been waiting longer and no communication is poor.
Great selection of splashbacks, really struggled to narrow it down! Finally decided on the green and gold leaf design. Placing my order was quick and simple. Delivery I believe was within 4-5 days. It... Näytä lisää

Still Waiting!
I ordered a splashback a few weeks ago and it appears there is a production issue. Whilst I have said I will wait for the order, I have been in touch again to find out if there is any update. Whilst they are quick to reply to the contact form on the website they are not so quick in replying or giving any update as to how long I will be have to wait so therefore I'm very disappointed with the service now.

Hi,
We’re very sorry that there was an issue with the delivery of your order and understand how frustrating delays can be, particularly when you were hoping to complete your kitchen installation.
Your order was placed on Friday 27th February at 17:18, and as this was outside courier collection times it was dispatched the next working day, Monday 2nd March at 13:11, which is confirmed by the DHL tracking.
According to the tracking history, on 3rd March DHL reported that they were unable to locate the delivery address. As soon as Amazon contacted us on Thursday 5th March at 08:50, we immediately investigated and amended the delivery details, confirming this back to Amazon at 13:15 the same day so that DHL could retry the delivery.
DHL then updated their system on 6th March, confirming that the parcel would be delivered on Monday 9th March, which is reflected in the tracking information.
You contacted us directly on Friday at 15:34. As a small UK business our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and your message was therefore received late Friday afternoon and picked up when we reopened on Monday morning. We’re sorry if the response time across the weekend felt slow, but it was unfortunately outside of our operating hours.
We always aim to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible, and in this case we acted promptly once the delivery issue was reported to us.
Kind regards,
Warren Reed – Designer

Easy to order
Easy to order, goods are just what I wanted. The reason I gave them four and not five stars is issues with the delivery company.

Placed order 25/01/26
Placed order 25/01/26. First splashback got damaged by DHL. Then had to arrange a replacement DHL did not deliver on day specified and had to wait a further 2 days before delivered. When eventually arrived half of order was missing. Several emails later and promises of the rest of order being delivered today it still hasn't arrived on 07/02.
Splash back is very nice but it's not worth all the hassle trying to get my order.
I suggest that you change your courier provider as it has defiantly put me off ordering any other products.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit and that you experienced delays with the replacement delivery.
Unfortunately, while we package our splashbacks carefully, damage can occasionally occur during transit with couriers. In these situations we always arrange a replacement as quickly as possible once the issue has been reported.
We’re also sorry to hear that part of the replacement order appears to have been delayed. If you could please share your order number or contact us directly, we would be more than happy to investigate the shipment with DHL and ensure the remaining item reaches you as soon as possible.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the courier service and will certainly take this feedback into account. We're glad to hear that you were pleased with the splashback itself, and we would like the opportunity to resolve the delivery issue for you.
Kind regards,
Warren Reed – Designer
