Avoid Wagonex and Electric Zoo : huge checkout bills !
Wagonex connected us to 'Electric Zoo' who tried to claim all sorts of damages upon return of the vehicle. We had rented the vehicle for over 6 months, and there were small superficial scratches to 1 or 2 of the wheel hub-caps. Normal wear and tear. Electric Zoo wanted money to replace all four wheels and also charged us for full valetting even though we had the car fully cleaned at a garage.
This is blatant profiteering. Do not use unless you want an extremely large bill upon checkout. Ours was over £700!

Simple process, good communication - although this was let down somewhat by their account team! Apart from that I would recommend.

Poor communication
Poor communication, extremely high monthly payments for a car that had been well used . We handed back a like new car which we had for 18 months and replaced with this and wanted more money a month. Very difficult to get hold of customer services. Gives a few days notice of car being collected. Would
Not use again.
