My experience with Wagonex thus far has been excellent.
- Smooth and efficient short-term lease of a Polestar 2
- Very quick delivery
- Very responsive to support when I needed to replace the windscreen (stone-chip)

Will use again if/when my current lease expires.

Nice and easy. I booked the car for the following week, and it was delivered to my door.
Very easy to deal with, and complete the forms. Helpful on the phone and in emails, and they answered all my questions. So far it's a good experience!

The only thing that would be nice to have, is to know where the cars are in the UK to make the delivery more efficient(if there are multiple geographical locations for the same car).

Much easier to use than other subscription services, and more options. Signed up very fast without issue, and had a few questions so reached out by email. Brooke reached back out and was great, fast responses and very helpful.

Quoted for insurance also and were slightly more expensive ( but not by much). There was no issue arranging separately.

Found this company through a Google search - one of the only ones offering 30 day lease options. They were responsive to all enquiries, courtesy calls before and after ordering and even helped me expedite the delivery of my car.

I receive the car and 3 weeks in all is going well….

Not a very good experience overall!

I had no response or updates for two weeks after I ordered a vehicle - no information was provided by Wagonex of the ordering process at all or how it all worked - also the costs involved were not explained at all.

I had to contact the company on several occasions chasing or asking for information.

Professional and well organised company. Provided a good selection of vehicles with various lengths of subscription. Having decided on a nearly new Mini at a reasonable monthly rate we have been guided through the process every step of the way. Would highly recommend this company.

Queries were dealt with promptly and clearly. Brooke was very helpful!
