I rented a car from VW Rent-a-Car in Poole, UK for my 10+ day trip, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. We had initially booked a VW Golf, but later decided to go for a bigger car. Although the one we wanted wasn't available, the team went out of their way to offer us a brand-new VW Passat at a great discounted price — which was a fantastic deal!

The car was in excellent condition, very clean, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. The rental process was straightforward, and the price was reasonable for the quality of service and vehicle provided. I'm truly happy with how I was treated — the staff were courteous and helpful from beginning to end.

Stefan at Breeze VW, Poole is a real credit to the organisation! It was my first time of using VWFS rental at Breeze VW and I spoke to him about my concerns a day before the rental. He not only assisted me with a fantastic upgrade to satisfy my concerns, he was also super patient in explaining the process.
