Top class service and very efficiently dealt with. Social distancing in place during Covid19 pandemic. Contactless payments and made getting hold of what I needed simple.

The best around great juices latest mods and something for everyone staff are amazing and allways very helpful 👏👏😃

I have been vaping for the last 6 years and used various on line companies. I very rarely leave reviews but I must say having been recommended the vvapour site I have experienced nothing but a good, fast reliable service. I recently received a faulty coil and the customer care team handled my problem within 24 hours and replaced my products. I am very pleased to have found a company with great products, prices and a very helpful customer care team. I would highly recommend vvapour.

Brilliant company never had any issues with them and they are always helpful and knowledgeable as to what’s best to have for my type of work so I’m not repeat but everything, and they have gone above and beyond during COVID-19 to keep everyone happy with deliveries. And I’d always recommend these to my friends and family if they are looking to give up smoking

Brilliant selection of juices and mods, very knowledgeable staff to get the right stuff to suit your needs. Delivery has been spot on during lockdown

delivery service is amazing, great selection of juices and devices etc. I will be continuing to shop there for the foreseeable future.

Been to both shops in Kingstanding and Erdington and they’re both held to high standards. Amazing customer service and always happy to help with any questions you may have. Will continue to return as I can’t find a single fault with vvapour!

As a key worker in this Corona crisis I, found it difficult to visit my local Vapour store, College road, Kingstanding. So, to have a fast and friendly delivery service is a godsend. thx guys.

Very helpful and honest guys, always have good deals on too

I have been using Vvapour for what is coming up to 7 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Top quality juice, always have up to date products and the customer service is impeccable. Staff are absolutely awesome and always friendly and willing to help with whatever the requirements. Vast knowledge of all vape related juices/mods Etc. A credit to the company and if anyone says otherwise they’re lying. I have personally sent a fair number of new customers to VVapour and none have said they have been disappointed. Even throughout the current lockdown and pandemic the Delivery service has been brilliant, not let me down once. The shops in Kingstanding and Erdington have had a major refurb during these difficult times and both look amazing which in itself is a credit to the company. Get down to either one and have a look yourself and see how they are handling the social distancing measures too.
