Vapourz Lounge provides great service, offering a wide variety of products with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. Whether visiting the Putney store or ordering online, they consistently deliver quality. They've shown commendable dedication, particularly during the challenges of COVID-19, ensuring customers receive their orders promptly. Despite occasional delivery hiccups, they've proven reliable by quickly resolving issues. Overall, Vapourz Lounge is a well-managed shop I can highly recommend for all vaping needs.

Vapourz Lounge is the Best in Tooting!

My husband and I live within walking distance of Vapourz Lounge and we visit frequently. The staff recognise us when we walk in, even if we aren't together, and they are always friendly and helpful. I would gladly go out of my way to buy from Vapourz Lounge even if it were farther away. Great service and an excellent variety of products. The staff and owner are super knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have.

One of the three products did not…

One of the three products did not function after a short space of time. I sent an email for advice and was sent a blunt response that insinuated nothing was wrong.
Yes, not a good experience after spending a lot of money.
