So now that I didn't receive my dress and money in time Im adding to my last comment. After they saw my comment they BEGGED me to take it down but now its going back up. Not ONLY did they want me to take it down they told me and I quote, "our dresses are all made by our workers' hand, maybe it doesn't look like the machine made, or you can cut it by yourself, hope for your understand". I took it down, like a dummy, because they promised that they would give me 50% of my money back and i have YET to see. Once again they are NOT responding to my emails. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW. I HAVE A DRESS THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO WHERE TO A WEDDING BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE IT ON TIME. ON TOP OF THAT IT HAS SNAGS AND LOOSE THREADS THROUGH OUT AND IM STILL SHORT MY 50%. I really tried to work with them but they are LIERS. I will NEVER order anything from them OR recommend it to others. Sigh* Just listen to this.

It's not just the fact that I didn't receive my dress on time but you want me to fix the mistakes you all made AND you want me to make your company look good by lying about my experience. Either give me %50 back or I will keep my comment up AND post your responses that you sent me about fixing your mistakes AND about asking me to change my statement. It's up to you.

The material is nice. The color was a little too light for me but that's how it is when looking via internet. I made my order at the end of February and didn't get it until today, April the 6th. I was promised repeatedly that I would receive my dress at the end of March. Then I was promised that I would get it on the 31st of March (MIND YOU THAT THE WEDDING WAS ON APRIL 3RD) but that never happened, so i panicked. I got in contact with them and they promised (yes ANOTHER promise) that I would receive it the day before the wedding....But guess what? I didn't. Its sad because they knew the date of the wedding. So now that I'm HIGHLY and they know that they are in the wrong, they aren't responding to my emails. But that's ok. I kept every single conversation via internet and every email that made the promised of me receiving my dress so I sent it to them wanting my money back and they have yet to replied. The wedding is over and I'm not happy. Bad business.

Invitations were beautiful, affordable, and shipped in a very reasonable amount of time. Company was friendly and easy to work with. I have already recommended this company to our best man, who is planning his wedding!

I understand that the company is in China, but they really need to improve their communication skills. There were some questions I asked that either went unanswered or the answer just plain made no sense. And also, the color of the text on my invitations was changed twice without my asking during the proof process. Because of the communication problems, it took more than a month to get everything processed, ordered and shipped. While I was happy with the final product, I was disappointed because they looked like they were made with Photoshop. (I say that because they had a slightly grainy appearance and some of the invitations I had to throw out because there were spots on them. Good thing I ordered extra) So while they did look nice, it looked like something I probably should have just done myself.

Vponsale was wonderful to business with. they were great! I ordered 1 bridesmaid dress from them to see if i would like the color and style, when it came it was perfect! i then went back and ordered 5 more dresses exactly the same. VPonsale asked if i would send then a pick of the first dress so that they could be sure the new ones matched, i did so and the 5 new dresses arrived and matched wonderfully! VPonsale was very attentive and emailed me back promtly. Thanks!

okay so I desided to order my bridesmaid dresses from this company which was the biggest mistake ever!!!! I was told this comany was out of NY that was a lie... (They are in CHINA)I was told these dresses was made through there factory which was a lie... (There made some where else and this factory checks them over and then sends them out from what I was told from live chat) I was told all 5 dresses would be here in 4 weeks... ANOTHER LIE!!... 2 of the dresses was ''lost'' in the mail and was told that they were lost 2 days before the wedding ...1 of the dresses was wayyy wayyyy to big and was the wrong color from the website... and 2 of the dresses fit but the sewing looked like my child done it.. When you contact the people over the phone its the same lady every time and you can not understand a word she is saying because she dont speak or no English go figure she is from CHINA... I feel as if we should have got full refunds for all of these dresses but this no good company stated they could give half refunds do to the designers need to be paid and i feel as if they didnt do there jobs if the dresses wasnt right or sent out in that short amount of time as we were told.. being a bride this was the most stressful time of my life and because of the stress i was in the hospital 2 days before my wedding... we had to go find all new dresses the night before the wedding due to the hudge mistake I made ordering from a company like this.. I ordered wedding invitations, and it was a bit complicated because I made the text in french. I had to ask a lot of corrections, but they were all made fast. Fast shipping too!

I ordered wedding invitations with custom text. The process was extremely easy and quick. I first received e-proofs of the invitations and the next day, a follow up email asking if all was good. Once I placed the order, it was delivered very quickly. The cards themselves were beautiful and it was a really great deal!! Shipping was free as well :) I would highly recommend this company as they have exceptional customer service and product quality!

These people are the worst! I will never order again. I got my dress two days before the wedding. Half of them didn't show up! One was sent way too big, and in the WRONG color! Mine was sewn wrong! We had to find dresses the day before the wedding because these people are incompetent..... My dress was supposed to be delivered March 15th and didnt recieve it till March 25! I've never dealt with a company I was so thoughoughly disgusted with! They never even notified me that my dress would be late! Horrible horrible horrible! I've had to file a complaint with paypal to get my money back, and they haven't responded.... Ive since escalated it to a claim. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra money for a local company...... You'll be better off for it in the end! This company operates out of China, Not the U.S. They try to portray itself being a honest company! They are not!

I rate you as a five, met all my needs and the invitations came in soon after I ordered them. Great communication via e-mail.

the responce you made to my review of your compony is false and you lied. me or my wife never gave vponsale an ok on any proofes on march 5. nobody has tryed to contact me after my review was posted. This company shipped my invitations from china, no bubble wrap, all were damaged. They won't refund me...do not buy!!!

i have been trying to contact them since last friday i send my visas payment on saturday it did not pass because of their system i had a answer only 5 days later from them telling me they are in CHINA and not on brodway street like the adress on their site but even in china i don't think it takes 5 days because of time zone that's the reason they gave me i think if you have a 5 day time zone you might be on another planet i was very frustraded at them because they lye about everything they sent me info to send them the money by western union and by the way they said my payment did not pass but my bank say they never even receive a request from that company. anyway i have made an order on ebay with someone who have over 10 000 positive reviews about how he is a good seller good time shipping and guess what 2 days later i received my invitations so vponsale is really crap

Let me first say that "YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY". I had a problem with my envelopes and response cards. It took me forever to contact someone with my problem. They were closed down for a spring festival. I was understanding of that and asked that they help to resolve my problem as soon as possible. After several emails and no return phone calls later I had to pay them to reprint my response cards and to send me envelopes without any printing. They sent me my response card but no envelopes. The color of the writing was wrong and I paid them to fix it. I had posted my rating on the computer and they had the nerve to ask me to take it down. What business would ask anyone to retract a rating??? I would have said how great they were about going out of the way to fix my order however they didn't. You would be a fool to order from them. I know I feel like a fool. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

I am happy with the gown, such a beautiful and perfect fit for my wife. I will recommend you to other guyz.

I ordered a custom made wedding dress from vponsale on December 22nd, 2009 and within three weeks it was made and delivered to me. I really wasn't expecting it so quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when it got here.
To be honest, I was a bit worried about how the dress would look and I had done a lot of searching on the internet and reading of reviews to make sure vponsale was legit, but I have to say that I love the dress. There are a few little differences from the picture, which aren't major. It is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!
The customer service was also good and all my questions were answered satisfactorily and I always knew what the state of my order was.
Based on my experience, I would recommend this site!

It was my first cousin’s wedding and I wanted a really good dress. I purchased this empire waist gown for the celebration day. Being one of the bridesmaids, I wanted to look good and wanted my dress to be the best. This dress looked amazing and after a while I stopped counting the compliments I got because of this dress. It gave a very lean look to my waist and because of its wine color I was looking a bit slimmer than usual. The company does not take much time to deliver it as well. I am fully satisfied with my new purchase.

Everything went well. Vponsale accepted a later submission for Order 8261 and they processed it very and quite fast to promptly deliver it before the wedding day of 19/12/2009. This was very kind. Good customer service and very understanding. The items/dresses are really good and we are happy.

I received the dress on time. They have excellent customer service. I m very happy with their services.

VPonsale was very courteous professional and I received my dress in a timely manner. The dress is exactly like the picture with the colors that I chose. It has great workmanship and I wouldnt trade this decision in for nothing in the world! VPonsale made me save money!
