wrong dress sent... colour , style and size. After days of emails and phone calls they eventually replied and asked if I could send dress back as they sent my dress elsewhere. Sent dress back to china at a cost of £17 still havnt had a refund made a claim with paypal, their response was I can have my money back if I cancelled the claim with paypal! Do not use...

After placing an order with this company there was an issue with shipping, which was our fault. After finding this out and attempting to work out a solution this company was beyond rude. I will never deal with this company again because it fails to understand the simple basics of customer service. I don't expect much from a company but when a company is out right rude it is beyond tolerable. I sincerely hope that if you deal with them you have no issues because if something does go wrong, and from reviewing various websites it seems to happen often, you can expect the worst service from them.

I ordered one dress on a Tuesday on VPONSALE and received it in three weeks, without paying for expedited shipping. I am very happy with the shipping time. The dress is gorgeous and is very nicely made. It has a full inner lining.I am very pleased with the price, quality and fit of this dress.

awful service, unhelpful staff ordered 4 bridemaids dresses, 17 weeks ago after countless emails and messups they then email me saying due to the new year my dresses wont b here till 2 days before my wedding. which would take the total up to 5 months waiting.....how many emails with the exact measurements does it take......utterly useless avoid liek the plague try on ebay theres a beuatiful shop that sells the same dress in the uk for 1/4 of the price and guess what they r helpful!!!!! awfful awfgul awful company

The agent I spoke with, Jenny, was always so helpful and understanding and she knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I got it. The shipping was extremely fast which was perfect! I absolutely loved my dress here from VP on sale, it was of amazing quality and it was beautiful!
I definately stood out, the material was gorgeous, as chiffon was uncommon :)
The customer support from VP on sale couldn't be faulted in anyway, they are very helpful and i will definately consider them again if i need another dress! :)

I received my dress shortly after ordering it and loved it! The color matched the groomsmen's tuxedo vests perfectly and made for a beautiful wedding party. I usually need alterations due to being really short, but the dress fit like a glove and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I ordered my dress from VPonsale on the 28th September, and it actually arrived today. I was a little nervous when I ordered my dress after I read some bad reviews. Thankfully my dress is 100% PERFECT! It fits like a glove, although it is a tiny bit long. Other than that its fantastic, its great quality and looks like a lot of care went into making it. I can't fault this dress, I'm so happy with it. I just hope I do it justice when I wear it to my first ball :)

I was a little hesitant to purchase as i am a size uK16 and very rarely find styles that fit correctly but the fit of this dress is perfect i considered tailoring but went with a standard size and i am really happy.

I'm normally a believer in you get what pay for so was a bit suspicious when these invites were cheap but they were fantastic. Order the samples so you can choose which paper you want (it worked out the same price because when I ordered them I got a discount). The paper was great quality and design nice, got loads of stuff and was by far the cheapest. Customer service helpful.
For the people complaing about size honestly get some perspective - what do you expect when ordering overseas over the net. I can walk into five different dress shops in my home city and find the sizes vary from shop to shop.

I just received my package today. I ordered 3 dresses for my bridesmaids and the dresses themselves are truly stunning!!
These dresses are too beautiful to hand back. Just be aware that the colours are not always as they seem on your monitor. Despite my issues with the colour i would recommend this to friends.

I ordered 3 sample colours so i could pick the right shade for my bridesmaids dresses and im so glad i did as there is no way that im actually going to be ordering the dresses!!

I ordered the samples on the 1st September and was told they would be with me within 5 days, well today is the 16th and i still dont have them.

VP onsale were so unhelpful, asking me to go to the fed ex depo to pick them up which is over 2 hours from where I live. Advising them of this they were uninterested and just continued to tell me to pick them up myself. In the end they gave me the number for fed ex who advised the package took longer to clear customs and will be delivered next week. Surely they could have found this out and told me themselves.

Do not order from this company theyre useless!!!

I really thank the guys in vponsale. It was the first time i ordered a dress online and i was really afraid. I was gonna be a bridesmaid and i needed everything to be perfect. The dress was awesome! Ordered wedding invitations on here because it was very affordable, very surprised when the cards and envelops turned out so nicely :D
Company is very professional, responded to my request almost instantly. Cards also got here in 2 days...super fast.....
Would definitely recommend anyone I know to buy their wedding invites!
