Volksmaster Arvostelua

New what they were talking about.fast prompt service no dragging the labour charge out.even with a small niggle the next day they worked around me to sort the problem. The issue was the ad blue tank that needed replacing the price was a lot cheaper than the main agents. Also the reception were really welcoming and the mechanic explained in layman's terms.

Great customer service. Works done perfectly well. Informed of all the work carried out. explained in detail.

After suffering a blowout on my car at 430am in the morning on Sunday, I made a call and got booked into Oldham car and van center for replacement tires, great service yet again by the staff, and will continue using them for further work moving forwards

5 stars not high enough for this garage levels of service and attention to detail great wouldnt go anywhere else great service

Just had my MOT done today and the service was excellent plus very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Always do a top job. Great communication keeping you informed of progress of your repair. Collection and delivery makes for convenience if you are working.

Fantastic service, Kat Farrell was very helpful and friendly from booking my car in to collection.

They were brilliant with keeping me updated and fitting me in ASAP! They managed to complete various repairs in a small time frame which was amazing!

I visited the Ashton Rd branch to have my air conditioning re gased. From booking in my car to collection the girls on the main desk and the technicians have been superb. A repeat customer!

Just a great all round garage with excellent customer service I highly recommend it

Absolutely perfect!! Took my VW to the Bury branch for the first time, armed with a super long list of things I wanted doing and I couldn’t have asked for better! Going forward, I won’t take my VW anywhere else! Very happy!

Super lovely staff - everything clearly explained and all questions answered - Everything done in two days - was kept up to date as the work was progressing - very very reasonable price - nice little clean for the car afterwards too!
Didn’t take a courtesy car but saw them on the way out, they look lovely!

100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From booking to completion of work, everything went smoothly. Great communication, and work carried out and completed in the timeframe given.

Dropped off my car Audi TTS for Dsg gearbox & filter change, also had Aircon re-gas, fantastic friendly customer service, good communication and with knowledgeable staff. Would recommend. Thank you

First class company I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. From the office staff to the technicians. Everyone is on the ball and knows exactly what they are doing.

First class service, wish more garages were like this, very friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended

Excellent as always – the only place I trust with my VW
"As a regular customer, I cannot recommend Volksmaster Bury highly enough. I always bring my Volkswagen and other cars here for its servicing, MOTs, and any general repairs, and they consistently deliver top-tier service.
Because they are VAG specialists, they know VW vehicles inside and out. You get the exact same level of technical expertise, official diagnostics, and quality parts as you would at a main dealership, but at a fraction of the cost and with a much more personal touch.
The team at the Bury branch are always welcoming, honest, and completely transparent about pricing—they never try to upsell unnecessary work. It is rare to find a garage you can trust completely, but Volksmaster has earned my repeat business every time. If you drive a VW, don't bother with the main dealer; bring it here instead!"

This is the second time a minor accident has led to a potentially very expensive repair bill and Volksmaster smart repairs at Oldham have saved the day. They are by far the best repair shop I have used in over 40 years of motoring. The repairs are amazing and the prices are exceptionally good value.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The work carried out on my car was completed to a very high standard, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They even cleaned the car inside and out, left an air freshener, and a bottle of water in the car, which were thoughtful touches that made a real difference.

Kat provided outstanding customer service. She was so warm and welcoming, addressed me by name throughout, and made the whole experience feel personal. She gave me a full report on the work completed and explained each step clearly, so I understood everything that had been done.

Excellent service, fantastic communication, and genuine customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to Kat and the whole team for such a positive experience!
