Voiceflex Arvostelua 

Sean has been assisting me with an international Port since June 2024 , and there has been many set backs and challenges regarding this number Port. Sean has been patient and his advice has been second to none in supporting us with progressing this port. If you ever have a Port you are struggling with, I would always recommend speaking with Sean.

Extremely speedy in coming to back to you once a request is submitted. Fantastic support and all the support tech's are knowledgeable. Highly recommend Voiceflex. Most recently Alex Sammarco was fantastic when I submitted a request, extremely quick responses and overall very knowledgeable, deserves a raise!

Having worked with a number of Telco's over the years I can honestly say Voiceflex have been the most easy to work with by far! The porting team in particular is hands down the best I've ever come across, keep up the good work!

I’m operations manager for a reseller of voiceflex and have so much positive to say. Their hosted system Flow is truly market leading, I’m an experienced engineer of hosted systems like Gamma’s Horizon as well as having experience with Mitel, Samsung, Panasonic, Avaya, 3CX, WildX and 8x8.
Flow is truly market leading compared to all of them.

Support when needed is always there and normally able to fix any issues quickly!

We had issue with one way audio for one of our clients.

Alex was quick to assist and turned on logging for us to send over an example, once he examined the example he quickly fixed the issue.

Phoned the help desk as has an issue that we needed urgent help with, I was asked to raise a ticket and they will deal with it immediately.
The team at Voiceflex (true to there word) jumped on our problem and resolved our issue immediately.

Sam Roe, was very helpful and persistent in trying to resolve a porting issue. Gave advise to give to the leaving host (Ridgewall) of the number and then followed up with BT wholesaler to gain the info to require the porting to go through after multiple failures.

Always a quick & helpful response with any issues I encounter while learning the new Flow phone system.
