No technical knowledge of broadband
Absolutely terrible uninformed technical support, unable to reasonably resolve my latency issues I have been having since moving to them. So called technical support doesn't even know what latency is, yet claims to offer a gaming product in their fibre broadband. Will move to another provider if they don't get their act together

Jacob was fantastic when searching for a new phone- he explained all things to do with the new phone and contract. I actually moved phone provider due to the other provider not being helpful. Jacob was more than helpful and couldn’t have done more to help. Great experience with vodaphone.

Poor network
I went with vodafone due to them saying I get perfect signal. This was a mistake no where I go can I pick up signal, my mistake was to leave EE. The contract is over priced for what I get, the phone broke with in the first month and it was a new one well I think could have been a refurb, the watch add on was nearly £10 a month. I wish I could just drop out as I'm not happy. Took another contract out with another company and have perfect signal.

The assistant who helped us deserved 5 stars but a breakdown in the Vodafone IT system meant it took almost 5 hours to complete our transaction at Vodafone Norwich.

Adam went above and beyond to help us out of our situation could not have been more helpful more than I can say for a store in Great Yarmouth if I was doing this review for Great Yarmouth it would be shocking but Norwich store and Adam could not fault whatsoever given totally different advice from both stores where Yarmouth did not want to help us at all. Norwich was absolutely brilliant. I give Norwich store 100% on customer service thoughtfulness kindness and the willing to help and assist.

Waste of a day
Waited in all day for my broadband installation. Received a message from vodaphone yesterday confirming an engineer would be here today. I was finally told it wasn’t being installed today after I phoned to see where the engineer was. Lack of communication between both Vodafone and the engineers (City fibre). I’ve cancelled and also lost a days work in the process. Annoyed is an understatement.

Jacob in the Norwich store
Jacob in the Norwich store was highly efficient putting my account back in order. I went into the store last Thursday to buy a new phone only to be told there were two accounts in my name and one was stopping the other from working. Jacob spent at least half an hour per day over the weekend trying to put things right, and by the Thursday of this week he had it all working properly. He also got my new phone working for me.
I commend him for his hard work and his efficiency.
