Vlc Media-player Arvostelua 

Les possibilités de VLC sont énormes ... Tout ce qui concerne la lecture video ou le streaming est géré par ce logiciel !!

I installed VLC as I was going overseas 2 places regular internet would b an issue. Within 24 hrs I had formatted devices 2 get rid of it as I'd rather spend my free time nawing my own leg off. It's basically a virus, it takes over your device & makes itself difficult 2 remove. DON'T install it. U hav been warned....

I've used VLC on and off for years, they're not the most user friendly app for an unsavvy OAP like me but they're my go to when everything else fails. Down loading from YouTube and getting audio and a black screen ? VLC never fails, more complicated & takes longer but doesn't let you down.

I just bought a new Samsung phone, cloned my files from the last one only to find Samsung doesn't support wma (music) files anymore downloaded VLC, back to normal, goodbye Samsung music app (good phone otherwise).

Si VLC est intérréssant comme lecteur par défaut sur un PC pour sa polyvalence, son intérêt s'arrête là. D'ou les 3 étoiles. La qualité du lecteur ne permet en aucun cas d'en faire un concurent sérieux dans un univers multimédia hi End en video et surtout pas en Audio.

VLC Media Player is awesome!
Both mobile and PC versions.
PC version lets you to bump the volume up to 200%, that's one great thing.
The design is nice, it's free, no ads, open-source.
What's not to like?

I like it very much because it solved my all problems. Now i can watch videos in many formats very easy.

Ive heard about people having all kinds of issues with this player i just use it with my Xbox to play my flac files it works fine. Way better display and audio quality than the Microsoft player.

Het was altijd een goede player maar sinds de laatste update kan ik meerdere bestanden niet meer afspelen.
Waardeloos dus. Verdient niet meer de vermelding "kan bijna alle films, series en muziek in de meeste formaten direct afspelen"

How on earth can you realease an update which causes your application to crash thereafter. DON'T YOU DO ANY TESTING BEFORE RELEASING AN UPDATE??????????????????????????????????????

Most of the time I can't get this to work, it doesn't find my dvds or seem to have any menu options that are intuitive or able to source them.
I've just downloaded 5K player which is amazing and just what I need!

Plays all music formats transferred from my laptop which previous music player failed to. Sound is excellent on my Android phone.

For years VLC has been my go-to program and I would give it 5 stars. However, the latest downloaded developer version SUCKS. It does not even give a time stamp where you are, nor a line that you can go to other places on it. It has no open-disc button. It just sucks beyond belief. WHYYY did they change such a lovely and highly useful program. UGH. It is so sad. I hope they change it back or give us 2 versions.

It's been my go-to player for a long time and seems to read files other players don't. That being said, it constantly has updates (weekly?), and when you update you lose the place where you last stopped watching.

Very Glitchy Media Player. When I rewind by a few seconds in a video, it glitches and displays parts of footage from the point where I pressed the rewind button and footage from the part of the video I rewinded to. Basically, it mushes parts of video together when I try to rewind. Before, it didn't do this, but recently when I finally updated it, that's when it started happening. 0 stars, this media player is garbage. Would not recommend to anyone if they intend to ever replay parts of a video they downloaded.

Years ago it was the best player.
Now, virtually all the advertised features don't work at all. It plays some files (not all), but cannot convert, cannot download from Youtube no mater what you do.
It is a pathetic garbage!

YesI know I can slice videos but it's quite the trouble and the process is tiresome. It would be nice to have a simple built-in video slicing tool.

It doesn't open x265 videos at all! The UI freezes and it's either the audio playing or vice versa.

Goom does not work and cannot find any fixes. Other users questions to VLC have gone unanswered. I do not see any benefit of using VLC if my favorite feature does not work.

Still after many years of use they haven't fixed the playlist option. Cannot function a simple 1-10 playlist. We have to go 1, 10, 11 etc until 2, 21 etc. This problem has existed since 2008 at least from what I can see? Real shame as it's a swiss toolkit for many things. Problem with freeware is nobody gets around to fixing anything. :(

Why VLC is not working anymore on my Laptop I kept on Installing and Re-Installing with the hope the will work to me. I uninstall VLC forever on my PC is not useful anymore..
