The smart tvs got a new update they do ad tracking which I don't Iike and the TV when idle when randomly start to play ads I hate this took my tv off wifi and will never own a smart again just felt you should be aware of this.
Constant issues with Vizio TV
This TV is constantly an issue. Right now I have the speakers turned off with an external sound bar hooked up to arc. The sound bar is also turned off. Despite all of this, there is audible audio coming out of the TV. When the soundbar is on the TV adjusts the volume on it's own every so often, causing the little audio level graphic to pop up on screen. I have no idea what this TV is doing or why, but it's barely controllable. I will never willingly buy another Vizio product as a result of this over priced TV being nothing but issues.

I'm excited to leave a real review as opposed to all the fake five-star reviews on their website. I've had several Vizio televisions in the last decade. Most recently I purchased a 65in HDR model. After about a year of use the entire center pixel line going across the screen went out. I had purchased this from a store that went out of business and Vizio refused to honor the factory warranty. So basically my TV broke within the time that I should have been covered by the factory warranty and they refused to honor their warranty. Also a TV shouldn't be breaking within a year. It's mounted to a wall no one touches it we use the remote. I won't be buying Vizio ever again. And I think my next television purchase is going to happen at Costco where you can return a TV you've used for 10 years and get a store credit.

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. The TV I had in this location in my house before was a Roku. We use the Internet most of the time for streaming. The Roku TV was seamless. The receiver for the Internet was excellent.
We purchased a Vizio TV from Sam’s Club thinking I was getting a great buy. Most of the time when we turn on this TV the little clock just spins and spins. We upgraded the Internet receiver and added a Booster, hoping that would make it better. It did improve somewhat. But most of the time when you turn on the TV it sits and spins for a while. Totally unacceptable for us. I can’t wait to replace this TV and I will never buy another Vizio.

These are the LAZIEST customer service reps on the planet! I called to connect my new Vizio remote to my TV and after less than 2 minutes, this woman tells me to return the remote control to where I bought it! She just didn't want to help me program it! And while I'm on a rant I have never had a Vizio TV last longer than 2 years! The TV's are total garbage!

The customer service is trash. I’ve been fighting them with an issue I’ve been having and their solution is factory reset it. I’ve told them several times I’ve done this and it worked for a day and then quit working again. They have done nothing to fix it and all I get is excuses. Then some lady called said nothing but excuses and then said it could be couple months if not longer before new update to fix it. I saw red and said I’m done tv is going into the trash. This is unacceptable.

If you feel like hanging your self every night than buy a Visio! This is probably the biggest piece of trash I’ve ever had in my life. Have been through 7 remotes because they work for abt the first 2 days then act up. I would seriously rather drag my ass across broken glass than buy another Visio.
Garbage tv
Garbage tv. I can't just see a channel guide, it shows me the channels it thinks I want. I dont want those channels I want to see a numerical list of the available shows. Bitbthis damn thing filters them based on? Nothing? Something? Idk. I hate this tv

Have a Vizio 65" tv. Comes on fine. Within 30 minutes of turning it on I get a message that my route is disconnected every time. So you have to unplug the pos and plug it back in. Horrible workmanship. Would never buy another Vizio or recommend it

The only reason I gave one star is I had to. The worst TV experience I've ever had. I've canceled all my subscriptions because they don't work. I can't even watch most of the crap built into it. I'm actually going to take the L on this one, throw it in the back of a storeroom and go buy another brand of "smart," TV. And it's 75" limited edition. I can't return it, but I can watch regular TV without all that complicated nonsense on another brand.

Do not waste your money, time and sanity on this POS brand of TVs! I'm 67 y/o and have had a TV since I was 8. I've never had a worse TV in my entire life! This TV has so many issues, it take a really long time to turn on, sometimes it doesn't turn on at all forcing me to have to get up to unplug it, wait, then plug it back in, the sound is horrible, it is a frustrating challenge to switch from the inferior Smartcast app to cable and so on. The only thing worse than Vizio is their worthless Smartcast app! It constantly freezes and is very limited on what apps you can upload and access. RUN!!

I bought a Vizio TV on October 27 2024, with a year warranty. The TV does not work and has lines in it. I talked to a representative and was told it would be replaced all i needed to do was send the receipt which I did. Now they are claiming theres a crack on the screen and they will not replace it. 1) there is no crack on the screen 2) I was told to send the receipt I did 4) they did noting but waste my time. I did everything asked of me and now it’s not covered and it’s 8 months old.

Beware of Vizio TVs
I purchased 3 Vizio TVs in the last 6 months (32", 43", 55") and every one of them has issues. The 32" constantly freezes while my Samsung TVs do not have this issue and it changes apps by itself. It also takes a long time to come on when initially it came on right away.
The 42" takes over one minute to turn on, it changes apps by itself and constantly freezes while the other TVs in the house do not.
The 55" turns on and off by itself, changes apps by itself, and does not always turn on.
I normally only buy Samsung TVs and I decided to give Vizio a try and needless to say, I will never purchase a Vizio TV again. If there were only one of my 3 Vizio TVs that have issues it would be more understanding, but not all three TVs that were all purchased within 6 months.
I absolutely hate Vizio
I absolutely hate Vizio. I've actually had this TV a dew years and at first it was no problem. I use a digital antenna ONLY, and like with any normal TV, I turn it on, watch the show, change channel, etc.
Then at some point last year, they started trying to force me to use their streaming channels, smartcast I think they call it, and watchfree, I should know those names by heart from seeing them over and over. And why do I keep seeing them? Because after I tun my TV off, I don't change the settings, but the next time I turn it on, it's on their streaming platform, I have to go in and change it back to antenna. I am SO tired of them trying to force me to use the streaming service, not to mention the times I couldn't use the TV right away because I'd turn it on and would have to updates - updates I don't need because I NEVER use their streaming services. I will NEVER buy another Vizio product!!

I had to pick one star..truthfully they deserve NO stars!! It never works...takes for ever to load..I have it set where it is to automatically come on to the last channel but doesn't reverts to Smart Tv that I NEVER USE....if I try to change a channel and there is no signal it freezes to where I have to unplug it again and this is a daily issue...then takes 20 mins to come back on...CRAP TV!!!! don't waste your money!! Just so you know this has been going on for yrs not just today!!
