First, the customer service is first rate. I had trouble using my registration code on a Saturday afternoon, and that evening I received a reply from the company and my problem was fixed. And they are nice about it!

Second, the Apple Music Converter is the best I have seen. I bought an older version of the software that worked well, and I upgraded free to the newest version, which is clearer, and much, much faster. I tried several other conversion apps to see if I might like another product better, but none worked as easily and intuitively as this software.

The only request I have--and it does not detract from a five star rating--is that the tracks for numbers under 10 should have a leading zero (01, 02, 03); otherwise I have to manually add those zeros so that the tracks do not get misordered.

I upgraded my computer and my Streaming Audio Recorder failed to reactivate. I contacted support and within a few hours they fixed the issue.

Fantastic program for music conversion across all platforms. Website is easy to navigate, and program is simple to download, install and use. Very straight forward even for the most technologically inept!

First Review (One Star): You can only convert full songs to MP3 files if you pay. If you use the free version, you can only convert the first thirty seconds of the song, which is not stated at all when you're browsing their website or going to download the application.

Post Reply Edit (One Star): Apparently, they don't know what deceptive marketing is, either. Because I am aware that somewhere in the fine print, it would detail the fact you can't convert full songs. Deceptive marketing isn't lying, it's when the facts are framed in such a way that the main message in big letters states or implies something that isn't true (like being able to convert the songs for free, a statement which implies without explicitly stating you can convert the FULL songs for free), but then specifications are listed in the fine print that add detail to the contrary; details that would make most people pass over the product without a second thought. It's not lying, it's marketing that is deceptive in nature. Maybe you guys should hire better PR for these review replies. And also learn some industry terminology.

Final Review (Four Stars): ViWizard asked in their last reply that I email their support team, so I did, and I was very pleasantly surprised! They apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed the restriction needs to be made more obvious in advertising/the downloading process. They offered me a complimentary quarterly pass, which I accepted, and the service is remarkable. I saw complaints about the conversion being slow, and I did not have this problem initially, but when I had about 425 left of the 1,400 I was download, it did get VERY slow. However, after a little clicking around, I found my Pandora session had timed out, so I wasn't logged in. Once I logged back in, the speed picked right back up, and it sped through the rest of the songs without a problem. ViWizard made it clear I was not obligated to update my review, but I said I would, and I also said in the future, I would be willing to pay for the service even though I will only pay for a month every now and then rather than a constant, ongoing subscription. I was very pleased with their response to criticism (especially given my spicy attitude in my second edit), and the service seems top notch. If I don't make another edit to this review, you can assume the audio quality is excellent as well, but unfortunately, I'm still converting and haven't put them on my MP3 player yet.

This product is easy to use and works very well, exactly as advertised. And if you need help their customer service is top notch - emails are answered very quickly and their support staff are very helpful.

great quality, easy to use and customizable for you're needs. only thing i'd i miss is the possibility to convert straight to .mp3 but not a big problem I'll just use VLC for that as of now

Tried using a number of software options, then started to use ViWizard, wish I used this earlier as I would have saved time and got the quality I was after. It is a paid for option but I have found that if I download all the amazon music I want to convert then pay for the monthly option it works well for me.

Habe Viwizard Netflix Downloader gekauft. Der Freischaltcode hat leider nicht funktioniert. Der Support hat sofort reagiert, konnte aber nicht helfen.
Inzwischen wurden mir die Kosten erstatte.

Excelente, fácil de utilizar y en caso de no poder hacerlo solo tienen un soporte técnico maravilloso . Super resolutivos .
