Great app but very poor customer service.
Abusive automatic renewal system with no alert. Do not recommand this company

Horrible and deceptive cancellation policy and process. I used the software, canceled the subscription in the app (verified) and then was charged two subsequent months and told the software cancelation is not connected to their web account system. Ridiculous. Total rip-off.

I signed up for a one month use and then was charged a renewal fee of $90. Absolutely crap. My receipt says one month not subscription and they have refused to refund.

I purchased a license but cannot attach it to my account. When I login it shows no subscriptions.

I like the product, but am having issues with their refund policy. It says 30-day full refund...but they wont give me the refund. I did cancel within the 30 days. They claim my request doesn't meet their refund policy. It does.
I plan to report to BBB.

Please be carefull with getting a subscription, there is NO (easy) way to end your (monthly) subscription if you want to. In your profile every field is blanc (strange) so you don't know what subscription you have, when it ends and most important how to end it. Very customer unfriendly, I think. There is no way to find information about how to end you subscription on the site. Feels like a scam.

Articles are outdated but they cheat and put current year in the title. This is SEO spam. Don't trust websites with such practice.

I wanted to try the trial just to see how well it worked and if it did I could buy it to convert the files what I wanted. Shortly after downloading the trial, I found that it is convenient to use it. I love the Spotify Music Converter. I have used this wonderful program many times for downloading my Spotify playlists to MP3 and then burn them to CD so that I can play it offline.
