Dee from Vivo Avonhead is amazing! I have my hair a red/copper colour and it stays vibrate and fresh looking between appointments. she has a great understanding of what you are wanting to achieve and isn’t afraid of the bright and bold colours! Amazing hairdresser and top banter too! Highly recommend!!

Friendly, welcoming and professional
Friendly booking and service. Zara listened to what I asked for, whilst giving her professional opinion. Zara did a lovely job on my haircut and was very polite, conversation and made me feel at home. Booked in a couple of weeks for her to clour my hair and I look forward to it.

Phoebe has great hair and style
Phoebe has great hair and style, which gave me great confidence. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, listened to what I wanted and nailed the style. A great head massage at the basin and an amazing coffee. She didn't take more than necessary off my hair, and she worked her bum off with the style. I will be back. This is the 3rd stylist at Vivo Chartwell that I have had a great experience with.

Best customer service
I wanted to order a product with a delivery deadline, because Julie was very prompt to reply to emails I was able to place the order and meet my delivery target. Very thankful for the assistance, now my daughter will receive her birthday gift on time. Thanks Julie, Thanks Vivo.
