Ich habe den BioChef Atlas PRO Whole Slow Juicer gekauft, leider läuft der Motor nicht.
Sofort reklamiert und um Rücknahme gebeten.
Seit 4 Wochen 4 Emails und mehreren Anruf versuchen, die ins leere laufen ist nichts passiert.
Nach jeder Mail bekomme ich ein Ticket, aber ohne irgendwelche Rückmeldung.
Echt Schade, denke das Unternehmen ist nicht Vertrauenswürdig und ich muss meine Investitione von 375 € in den Wind schreiben.

Hatte einen Standmixer retourniert, das Geld wurde jedoch nicht zurück überwiesen. Keine Reaktion auf Kontaktversuche auf deren Website. Kein Abheben wenn man dort anruft. Ich drohte per Mail mit Veröffentlichung auf dieser Plattform. Nach zwei Monaten endliche Antwort, man fragte nach meiner Kontonummer. Geld kam aber nicht. Schickte wieder Mails. Nach insgesamt 5 Monaten ab Rücksendung kam dann doch noch der Geldeingang.

Finger weg von diesem Hersteller! Ich habe im März diesen Jahres einen Mixer reklamiert (noch ca. 3 Jahre Garantie verbleibend) und werde nun komplett ignoriert. Das Ersatzgerät war nicht lieferbar hieß es und es wurde mir ein deutlich schlechteres als Ersatz angeboten. Jetzt meldet sich seit August niemand mehr und meine Anfragen werden ignoriert. Telefonisch ist natürlich auch niemand erreichbar. Eine absolute Frechheit dieses Verhalten bei wirklich teuren Geräten. Ich kann nur jedem vor einem Kauf abraten.

Finger weg! nach kurzer Zeit hatte ich Schäden am Slow Juicer für über 500 €.

Kundendienst ist nicht erreichbar. Nach 6 Emails werde ich den Fall jetzt endgültig dem Anwalt übergeben. Wenn es ein Gerät für 50 € gewesen wäre, ok - schade ums Geld. Aber nicht für 500 €.

Absolute Frechheit!!!

Bought a $600 water distiller. Broke within a couple of uses. Told me it was recalled but they’d replace it with a model that worked, at their expense. The next day told me they wouldn’t replace it and to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer doesn’t respond. I wont use this company again. Dishonest at best

Service après vente inexistant pour une commande reçue incomplète. Aucune réponse à mes nombreuses tentatives pour les joindre. Ne répondent ni au téléphone, ni aux e-mail, ni au chat. Démarche très malhonnête de leur part. commande, prèlévement rapide mais
entreprise de vente par internet à eviter si'il y a le moindre problème avec la commande.

War ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Trocknungsgrad und -dauer sind OK. Schon im Winter hatten wir den merkwürdigen Geruch (etwas „brandelig“ und extrem nach Kunststoff) beim Trocknen festgestellt, waren jedoch zuversichtlich, dass sich das nach einigen Durchgängen legen würde (wie bei einem neuen Backofen). Jetzt ist Herbst, und Trockenzeit, und wir wurden eines Besseren belehrt: Der Geruch ist immer noch da, und extrem störend, und das Schlimmste: Er haftet hinterher sogar dem Trockengut an!
Wer geruchs- oder geschmacksempfindlich ist, sollte hier lieber die Finger davonlassen!

Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts, 10year on motor. The auger split into two and mesh plastic cap snapped within warranty but vitality4life simply refuses to warrant .. because "natural wear and tear".. well duh I used the Juicer, biochef synergy. Avoid this scamming company that refuse to honour warranty.

Kann man null weiterempfehlen. Mein Entsafter 1Jahr alt war schon 3 x kaputt. 2x mussten Teile ausgetauscht werden. Da darf man die Versandkosten aber selbst tragen die angeblich jedes Mal 10€ betragen. Dann war irgendein Fehler den ich nicht auf ein bestimmtes Ersatzteil lokalisieren konnte. Ich sollte ein Video schicken ( das bis heute 2 Monate naccher) immer noch niemand dort angesehen hat und auch der Kundenservice antwortet nach weiteren 5 Emails nicht mehr.

Warte seit März auf Ersatzteile für den Biochef Slow Juicer (noch Garantie), bis heute kein Bild, kein Ton. Werde es meinem Anwalt und dem Konsumentenschutz übergeben.

I ordered a treadmill which cost over £480. The courier Tuffnells (another awful company) never delivered it despite claiming that they did (I was home all day, nobody rang the doorbell nor knocked on my door, and my building's concierge did not see anyone trying to deliver my treadmill) and now I have been waiting for over two weeks for a resolution to my issue. No proof of delivery was received.

Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, blaming the delay on the courier.
They are treating me like a liar and they are not issuing a refund despite me having proof that it was not delivered.

Terrible customer service.
Long story short- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company sells really good products and I've found them to be extremely helpful on the rare occasions I've needed help. I am surprised at some of the bad reviews, as they've been great with me.

Auch ich habe leider, wie meine Vor-Bewerter einen Kauf bei Vitality4Life getätigt.
Seit Wochen versuche ich den Support auf allen möglichen Wegen zu kontaktieren. Leider immer ohne Erfolg!
Bitte kauft hier nichts!!!

Der Mixer wird mit 10 Jahren Garantie beworben. 2018 habe ich den Mixer ordnungsgemäß registriert. Bestätigungsmail existiert noch. Nun habe ich einen Garantiefall gemeldet. Vitality4life stellt sich tot, anrufen kann man dort gar nicht. Wer glaubt hier ein langlebiges Produkt wegen der 10 Jahre Garantie zu erwerben wird einfach nur enttäuscht. Schade um das Geld!

I purchased a spare part online on 15 November 2021 and I didn't receive the good as mentioned in the previous review.
February 4: they want to refund me in a different currency (GBP) even if the quotation and the payment was in EUR.
Why I have to open an account in GBP to receive a refund?
I have provided even a different account able to change the currency, I wonder who will pay the exchange cost.

Very poor contact with customer service!
This is the first time I have encountered such deliberate incompetence!
I ordered a different product. I received another ... They deceived me ... and so I was left with the juicer -
BioChef Quantum Whole Slow Juicer - Wide Mouth Masticating Juicer -
- blocks ,
- it gets clogged with celery with other products!

Stay away, avoid this product - !!!!

I have decided to write this review as this experience was in such a contrast to my last experience with the Vidalux 1 person infrared sauna from Steam and Shower co... that I wanted to write a good review for once.
It started with delivery, the driver delivered the box all the way into the house. No nonsense about curb side delivery only. He simply wheeled it into the house so I could unpack it inside and move to the flat.
The sauna arrived in one box, neatly packed like it was from Dyson. You can tell it was made by professionals, someone who cares about the way the product looks, feels and functions. Everything fits, the glass door closes nicely, the wooden door frame has a fleece insulation so it closes silently. There is a magnet to hold the door in place. The dust cover sits perfectly on top of the sauna, it has wholes in there for ventilation, cables etc. but nothing is sticking out or above. The temperature reached the max 65C in 20 min. The sauna looks great in our bathroom... I love it!
Plus forget the non sense about the combination of near and far-infrared panels. All you need is the far-infrared panels, the near-infrared panels are too hot on the skin!
