Terrible. I was unable to wear the mask because of discomfort. Only had on twice. Don’t find out that the refund requires you to pay shipping which could be between $60-$80! That’s half of what I paid. You don’t know that until you start the return process. You think a 60 day guarantee would mean more than that

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased!!! Absolute scam! The product came without a NZ plug - it doesnt have multi-colour LED nor does it have the vibration setting. It looks nothing more than a cheap, faulty warehouse product that they are charging hundreds of dollars for. Every time I try and address this issue with their help centre for a refund they ask for more videos / photo evidence. DO NOT BUY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I’d give them one star if I could. Received a mask with a Japanese plug, I’m in Australia. Got an adapter for it and it does not work, won’t turn on at all, but they just keep asking for video proof, send the proof and then they ask for something else in the next video. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. The device is so uncomfortable, I can’t wear it. Not to mention it doesn’t hold a charge and has to be plugged in to turn on. Looks like a serious knockoff. No branding on packaging and shipped in a generic box. The return policy is unreasonable. The device has to have a 60 day return sticker on it…….nope didn’t have it. You have to start the process within 14 days of delivery (in anticipation of a return? Who does that?) Then you have to send PROOF you used the device per recommendations and it didn’t work. How do you do that when the damn thing isn’t wearable due to the metal studs that pierce your forehead? The reviews on the website are clearly fake OR this seller somehow hijacked the branded website. Save your money. There’s literally NO WAY to get a refund.

I purchased the OMNI LED mask. The microcurrent posts were so painful as they dug into my forehead that I had to take the mask off my face before I even turned it on. OMNI offers a return policy, but the purchaser has to pay for the postage ($60.00) to return the mask to Estonia. They insist that the sender also pays for tracking. ($40,00) So, after paying $175.00 for the mask, I thought I was only going to get $75.00 back. But even that didn't happen. The parcel arrived in Estonia on June 24th, but it is being held at the post office with no reason given. And since OMNI hasn't received the parcel, they don't have to refund my money. Everything about this experience was bad.

I had a very disappointing experience with this product. The item I received did not look like what was advertised on the website and gave the impression of being a cheap duplicate rather than the genuine product shown online.

There was no visible logo or branding, and the overall quality looked extremely poor. The materials and finish felt cheap, and I immediately felt uncomfortable using it — especially because this is a product intended for the face. Based on what I received, I had serious concerns about safety and hygiene, so I repacked it immediately and requested a return.

I expected a product that matched the photos and description, but what arrived looked completely different and not at all trustworthy. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this product.

this is scam , fraudulent and what they sell present a risk to the helath causing burns - needs to be shut down
