High-quality products

Great products. It took a bit longer than expected for my item to get packed and shipped. However, they are prompt in in replying to emails and once it did get shipped, it got delivered quickly to my address in North America.

Very happy with service and will definitely use again without hesitation.

I'm very sorry to hear of your negative experience.

First, let me please address the title of your review as this is not correct. We offer over 50,000 lines online, and have successfully served hundreds of thousands of customers since our establishment in 2009. We would not still be in business if we were operating a scam.

With this in-mind, please could you reconsider the title of your review as it is very damaging for our small, hard-working family business.

In terms of your order, unfortunately we have been having supply issues with this particular line lately. We have been scouring our network of suppliers to address the issue and source more stock.

This is why your order hasn't yet left our warehouse.

I do apologise if communication regarding this has been missed - but our customer service team do try to be as pro-active as possible at reaching-out to customers when problems like this occur.

In terms of incoming communication, I'm speaking with our customer service team at the moment to ascertain what may have happened here. We use Zendesk to monitor all enquiries and ensure they are responded to satisfactorily and quickly, so I'll be checking the records to get to the bottom of the issue. Please bear with me for an update on this.

I'll speak with the CS team and have this order refunded asap in the meantime.

I apologise again for any inconvenience caused. I just wanted to express that we are a legitimate, hard-working, small, family team and we have been attempting to remedy the supply issue behind the scenes so that we can fulfil this item for you. I'm sorry if our communication on this matter was not received so that you had more insight into the matter.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. When I ordered a bulk of 12 tea tree powder, in the confirmation email there is no information regarding what I have ordered so I can't use it against them later. It just contains a tracking link. When it arrived there are only 6. There is no number to call, only an online form for contact them, when you send it there is no confirmation of it ever being received. No answer. Nothing. Look at where it's located, Rotherham! Surprise, not!! Don't buy from them! They list items at cheap prices but what you actually get works out a lot more expensive than anywhere else. Scammers!
P. S. Don't bother posting your standard response saying how sorry you are and your helpline is always open. Lie, lie lie! You never replied to me!

Received My Refund successfully

I initially was sceptical of this company because I had the same experience as the Swedish Customer to products to Germany. I was convinced that Brtexit was the reason for products not being delievered. However, Customer Services contacted me and explained that DHL had forgotton to scan at some point in transport and it was thus returned at Toll.... They offered to resend it again but I chose the refund. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 as they did refund me, but it had taken a month and I was still disappointed.

This website is awesome

This website is awesome. I can find all natural products which was not easy before to find and with good quality. Also the website is really awesome with no problems while ordering. Thank you Vitalife health.

I love the fact that they're still…

I love the fact that they're still serving the EU during Brexit, these are the only people I can find doing this! They also have a huge range of products, all of which have no harmful ingredients in them!
