Delivered on time
I'm not sure why there are so many reviews on this company's delivery issue. I ordered my products and it arrived on time. Any products that are being shipped will always have some sort if delay and most of the time it's not the company's fault.
I believe this is a good company trying to offer the best fir their customers.

Scammers
Placed an order 11 days ago. Payment left my account immediately. Order not moved on since then and no communication returned to me from the number of emails and messages I’ve sent.
Obviously a scam company and one I’ll be raising a grievance towards with my bank.

Your shipping partner lets you down, otherwise a 5 star experience
I felt it was important to update my review. I had initially given it a 1 star due to delays in getting my product. It arrived today, whilst it has taken 5 weeks, it has arrived, perfectly package and correct. I would be hesitant to use the site again due to it's DHL/FedEx shipper, if they can either tell you up front it will take a month or get better delivery times this would be 5 star experience. When you pay £19 to get it delivered to you it is crazy it takes this long. I do order a lot from the UK and usually DHL are with me within 7 days for far less money. The customer service was prompt every time I reached out and obviously as it was with the shipping company there was little they could do. Would I order again and pay £19.00 for a 5 week delivery? No, sadly I would not.

I can confirm that your order was shipped correctly, however - and it appears that tracking now shows arrival at the destination Country, undergoing customs clearance.
Your order was shipped shortly after placing with us, however it took around 2.5 weeks to arrive at the destination Country due to unforeseen delays in the Courier network.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. They get your money immediately, they then take forever to process your order and then tell you they haven’t got the items. Then they are deliberately obstructive in giving a refund. Almost a month later I am still waiting for my refund.

the worst online retailer
It has been the worst online retailer I have ever had to deal with. I was waiting for my purchase for more than a month, writing them daily to know what was going on with my purchase, they were unable to send me my purchase and after more than a month of excuses and not wanting to give me my money back, they tell me that they are going to give me my money back but that the customs fees and the restocking fee will not be refunded.
PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! they are scammers!

Ordered long life coconut milk for my baby to take to Spain. 3 cartons cost over £10 and another £10 for delivery. Decided to check tracking today and my order has been cancelled without any notification to me. No email no nothing. And now I'm left with no milk for holidays for my baby. Due to multiple food allergies this is the only milk he can take. First time using the company and will never use again! A bit of simple correspondence to say they had cancelled the order would have been appreciated and might have given me more time to source milk from elsewhere.

I've looked into this and can see your order was placed on the 23rd July (a Sunday) and a refund was issued first thing on Monday morning (alongside an emailed notice outlining the issue that led to the cancellation).
I'm very sorry if you did not receive this notice/update (perhaps it landed in your spam folder). So whilst the issue is completely our fault (our system sold a discontinued item, and this should not have happened), we did rectify this quickly and notify you of this.
Once again, I'm very sorry for your experience, and I hope you found the milk elsewhere.

excellent value, great choice of healthy items, recommended
I really respect this business model of saving waste and providing discounts on healthier items and our family always find the products that are available are great quality so we are happy with this company and have purchase regularly over several years. Occasionally delivery is slightly longer than the estimated date which is fair enough as sometimes it has also been sooner and everything always arrives very well packed. On the odd occasion a product became unavailable we were refunded very quickly without any hassle by the fast and friendly customer service team. Overall excellent value, great choice and always a same day email response from customer service so highly recommended.

Bad experience
I placed an order.
My bank statement clearly shows payment was taken out for my order.
Order never arrived. Contacted the company they said order wasn't dispatched as no payment was received. I rang the bank which confirmed payment was taken. They never wanted to give me a refund even then I attached my bank statement.
I had to put a bad review up which I changed to this one to get refund. They maintained the fact no payment was received even though I could prove it with bank statement. Eventually they admitted they made a mistake.

Slow, stubborn, unhelpful.
Took them around 2 weeks to dispatch the package!
Package was rejected by customs due to an error that the sender (Vitalife) had made.
Every step of the process I had to email for an update and it took them almost 1 week to reply!
Vitalife refused to refund, was extremely stubborn and unhelpful.
Overall extremely frustrating experience.

The program is easy to follow. I’ve tried many weight loss programs. Vitalife is the first program I actually understand. Courtney makes the program easy to follow. She’s knowledge of the whole system and is very helpful😇

Do not order from this company.
They sold me a product that was not as advertised (£94 worth) on 16/9/22. It took them to 28/10/22 to collect the incorrect items and I am still awaiting a refund. I have raised a Visa dispute with my credit card provider and am awaiting it's outcome as I have no faith that Vitslife will refund me.
Their customer service is terrible- no phone number and slow email response. Avoid at all costs.

The original issue was due to a change that the manufacturer made to the formula of your product, and they failed to update us of the change - so the ingredients listed on our website were indeed incorrect at the time of your order.
For this I am very sorry.
We arranged collection 3 times but on the first 2 occasions you were not present at your address for the collection to take place - which is unfortunately why the collection process took so long.
Your refund was issued a couple of days prior to you leaving this review, and this should now be with you.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are working on improving our customer service response times at the moment, and I'm sorry you didn't receive faster responses to your support emails.

I ordered some evening primrose oil, was a bit anxious after reading these reviews but delivery was made via royal mail and I was able to track it and even change the date of delivery to a preferred date. Great quality product, reliable company in my experience

ordered, received nothing and now being ignored
Prices good website nice but...
Ordered and Green Tea sent seemingly waited a month no delivery contacted and they were chasing then today about 7 weeks after order returned undelivered. It never arrived to me and no contact from courier.
Then spent the last 4 weeks either getting it resent or at this stage just a refund and nothing.
So in effect ordered, received nothing and now being ignored. So not the best.
