4 months ago I made an order (7173691) at virginmegastore.ae, canceled it because it took a long time to deliver and still have not received the money for the order...

Worst experience with virgin megastrore qatar. I usually don’t buy from it but once I did I regret it. I bought kids watch for my daughter. I had to pay 399 to learn the difference between water resistant and water proof. The staff did not explain anything and that if the watch goes in water it will be completely damaged. Sent it to repair under warranty and they did not accept it. It was damaged just after 10 days from the day I bought it. And I had to follow up myself about the repair process they left me without feedback for 2 weeks until I called.

Pathetic service, worst customer support team !! False comments of delivering in 2 days , it’s been 5 days already still item is not yet delivered

I love the vibe and various stuff inside the physical store. Visit it regularly with the whole family. But when you need to order something as a gift or because the item is too big, just forget about it. They are constantly referring to a supplier with no status of your delivery. My last order (which was actually a gift) had dispatched status for one week. ONE WEEK! Ridiculous.

Just google it before ordering something online. You will find more faster and cheaper options.

I've been on the receiving end of appalling items sold from one of their stores.
Firstly my son bought me an Everly Brothers LP which I opened on Christmas Day removing the shrink wrap, so sealed and appearing obviously new?
It wasn't new it was scratched and marked badly.
On Boxing Day I returned the said item.
I was given a replacement which on removing the wrapping also was scratched.
The worrying part was a staff member was quickly in the process of polishing up the first item to be repackaged and sold to another unsuspecting customer.
If this was in the UK they'd be reported to an appropriate consumer service to deal with this shoddy behaviour.
Again disappointed and lost faith in the Virgin brand.
Their Customer Service would be better described as a joke shop.
Nice to know Beardie is raking in the profits from substandard items,a disgrace man.

Horrible service. Ordered a laptop , they said it will delivered same day or maximum 2 days delivery, it has been now 7 days, order is still under process. I tried to reach them but they were not willing to help.

(Mall of Emirates) appalling customer service. Product does not deliver what it says on the package but still are refusing to give a refund or replacement.

Horrible horrible experience. the delays in the delivery is crazy bad. Just stick to amazon or other e-commerce company. If you want anything from them, buy it in store. don't do online

placed an order and on delivery date simply said apologies your order is delayed and we will update you in next few days the reason.
so unprofessionals my money also got stuck for atleast 10 days.

Violation of the terms of delivery.

On December 4, I placed an order for the Shokz OpenRun Pro Wireless Neckband Headphones with Mic - Beige for 699 AED, with Order number 71499AD.

The delivery conditions promised "Same-day to 2-day delivery." However, as of the evening of December 6, the order has not been delivered, forcing me to cancel it. This delay has not only wasted my time but has also disrupted the plans for a birthday celebration.

I recommend not relying on the promised delivery times and suggest considering an alternative service.

NEVER EVER Order online! The 1-2 day delivery is absolutely not true, after 4 days no delivery, when wanting to call customer service there is no telephone number, you have to speak via chat/WhatsApp. I even called MOE who responded that they could not help nor do they have a number for online order customer service. Then following that I still contacted them via both their online chat and WhatsApp they could not tell me where or what had happened to my order, only that another team was working on it. 8 hours later still NO response or follow up from them, I had to contact them AGAIN (zero customer service or awareness) only to be told there was a 'technical issue'! How do they NOT follow up on their online orders and ensure they are dispatched ON TIME and CORRECTLY! If I could give a ZERO Star rating to match their customer service I definitely would.

Don't order online. Slow service. After waiting for 4 days to get my order (beach towel), I received it in a terrible condition. It was super dirty and the tag cut. I requested a refund and they still didn't get back to me.
Super disappointed.

I have purchased en e-copy of MS Office. Paid order was not delivered, a person called “Hussein” in the web chat said the order will not be delivered till I send my ID cause he cannot identify me. My reply was simple – i do not share my ID in the internet, if you don’t deliver – then you have to cancel. And my order was cancelled, though this nice guy “could not identify me”.

So the outcome is – you can get any order cancelled cause Virgin does not need to identify you here. But you cannot get your order delivered via email until you present your ID in the web chat.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service I have experienced from VM in recent times. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the level of service provided. However, I have encountered some challenges over the past month and a half while trying to communicate with your team regarding the possibility of placing my book in your store and organizing a book signing event.

Despite sending four emails, I have not received any response. Additionally, I have made multiple phone calls, but no progress has been made in resolving the issue. Instead, I have received a series of excuses, such as they stopped receiving books for good, the responsible person being on vacation or his extension number is not working and I can’t have his email and that he is inable to assist me, the extension no longer working, and taking my number twice and promises me to contact me back but I didn’t receive any phone calls or email and that have not been fulfilled.

I simply wish to have a direct contact with a member of the management team to discuss my book and event. It is disheartening to be ignored and receive no acknowledgement or professional response to my emails.

As a loyal customer, I believe in the values and reputation of VM, and I hope that this issue can be promptly addressed and resolved by reaching out to me. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a mutually beneficial solution.

I visited the store in DHM and bought a head phone as a gift, it was attempted to be returned by the end receiver less than 48 hours in its original packaging and the store refused to return it claiming it was opened and used. when i visited the store myself to sort it out. The manager was rude, unprofessional and repulsive. He claimed that the headphones were well used which makes it suspicious for the store selling used items since it was in it is original package. They refused to give me the money and kept the headphones. A day later they contacted me and offered me 80% of my money which again is strange. I am buzzles at this behavior and trying to get my money back. Please be aware and check the items in the store before taking it home even if they don't agree know that they may scam you.

worst online store in UAE. i bought two items online and one of them was broken. and they requested me to come to the store drop it off and then collected if they can fix it after 7 to 10 days. i should get what i paid for. if you sell broken items we should not suffer for it.
