Package sent to wrong address I.e. me , the purchaser . Delivery company left it by our dustbins in the rain with no notification it was there .

Extremely disappointed with the hamper I ordered. I would have Ben better making one myself . I’ve received and sent many hampers that were nice but not this . Nothing says Christmas like a big Evri label on the box. The greeting is on a peel back sticker I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift

I Ordered 50 several different ones for staff hampers.
We have ordered from several hamper company's in the past and this was the first time from VH.
ordering was easy, i called to check when delivery was and was emailed a date back within 2hours.
the staff are very happy and pleased with their hampers and several have quoted that this is the first time everything in the hamper is edible and not some bizarre things will definitely order again

Overall, I was happy with the experience of sending a Christmas hamper via Virginia Hayward. The recipient was happy with it, and that was good enough for me. My only cause for compliant was the lack of delivery information. I was expecting to get notified of it's dispatch and delivery, but this never happened. I only found out it was delivered when the recipient contacted me. May be I was expected to track it myself, but I've never had to do that with any other company. I found that to be an annoyance.

Sadly they use Evri and when my hamper had not arrived (as a Christmas gift) after 18 days, I contacted Virginia Hayward to try to find it as Evri are impossible to get an answer from!

Sadly, I was never contacted back by VH, so I would say customer service is not good at all! 21 days after ordering, the parcel was finally received.

what went right? the package was left on my front doorstep, it could easily have been taken, in its box in the pouring rain. not even in another box or a plastic bag. The box it came in was obviously the presentation box but it had stickers all over it, I couldnt give that as a gift. The inside was full of packaging and paper with very little product. It was absolutely unusable, certainly to give as a gift.

Nice easy site to use, nice quality of products and confirmation of delivery and communicaiton of process is really good.
The people I have sent them too loved receiving them and commented on the quality of contents and packaging.

My total experience can only described as far and beyond. Communication is amazing, customer service bent over backwards to help, delivery was superb and finally the hamper's that were sent were received truly fantastic, quality and presentation were more than 5*.

The only thing they struggled with was finding who it was from ( A sticker on the side of the wrapping had the details)

It’s a gift for someone but was sorely tempted to keep it for myself. I asked for it to be delivered before Christmas a service that’s offered and not when I ordered it in November. Well packaged it looks great with all the items in the same wrapping. All lot of care has gone into this hamper. Also very good price. I’d buy from then again.

Excellent service. We use VH every year to send Hampers to friends. They are reasonably priced and have always been good quality and very well received.

Have used Virginia Hayward for a number of years and have always found them reliable.

On a different not Evri left one hamper on the doorstep, without checking if anybody was at home.
Luckily they were, but half an hour later, they were not.
So the hamper could just have been left.
