Having spent a lot of money decorating my lounge I decided. on vynil flooring. having a dog and living.in country carpets not best and laminate not good. so having bought from vynil flooring. I recieved order . had it layed . came home to find the flooring badly marked. like dye has ran and looks like cog marks on flooring. contacted immediately and was offered 30%Discount I rejected asking for this to be replaced . and have had no communication since. Shocking company if they resolve issues i Will remove next stop trading standards

Firstly the vinyl flooring arrived earlier than I expected which was a lovely surprise. When it arrived I was impressed by the product and since it’s been laid I’ve received nothing but compliments! Looks fabulous and makes my hall look very stylish and spacious. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The choice of flooring was amazing and I found just what I was looking for. Ordering on line was SO easy and delivery was only a few days. The flooring has now been laid in the bathroom. It looks lovely, is modern and is warm and non-slip.

Bought a remnant flooring 4mx1.5m. Flooring itself is lovely and a great price however item arrived wasn't the right size and was 47cm short leaving it too small for room.

I ordered some vinyl flooring. When it arrived it was completely the wrong colour and was damaged. I emailed the company and called over 20 times to be told someone will come back to me … nothing all day. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never use this company again. Disgusting
