Excellent customer service
I recently placed an online order with Remland Carpets, and while the unconnected delivery company caused a few headaches with mixed messages and lost parcel confusion, Marie-Louise and the online sales team were absolute stars. From the second I raised the issue, Marie-Louise took full ownership. She was heavily involved every step of the way, keeping communication clear and making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. The products themselves were exactly as advertised. Fantastic service from start to finish - thank you Marie.

Very happy
We had a very positive experience with Remlands; from the start of the process to the finished product. Our whole house was fitted with carpet and we can’t fault the quality of the carpet itself or the laying of it. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and knowledgable and we are extremely happy with the end result.
