I've brought a product a year ago and asked to cancel and I have never received my refund.
Klarna blames Vynil Flooring and they blame Klarna and guess who end up being charged? Me.

We ordered our flooring a few weeks back We have laid it this week and realized we had ordered less than we should have. I went back online to order one more box but it had been discontinued. I had to order a similar colour. After I ordered I thought I would email to ask if they had one spare box of our original left by any chance. They emailed me today saying they did have some and they gladly changed my order so they are sending the original flooring to me. Excellent service. Nearly all the floor is down and looks brilliant. They went out of their way to help me.

I purchased vinyl for my hallway and conservatory. Within a couple of months I noticed the vinyl had become dull and discoloured no matter how much I cleaned and scrubbed it, it still looked terrible. The section by the front door yellowed and there were areas of bright pink and yellow marks appearing. As the majority of the vinyl is white the discolouration was obvious all over not just the yellowing by the door. I contacted customer services attached photos and videos to show how poor it looked. Their response was they only accept returns within 30 days despite advertising warranties on their products and them being durable and easy maintenance. I shared that I would be pulling up the vinyl as it looks so bad and they welcomed me purchasing more vinyl from them to replace it!! Obviously I would not purchase from them again and felt a review was appropriate to warn others.

It is unfortunate in your response to my review that you have completely bypassed the fact that the vinyl I purchased is very poor and not as advertised.
I did respond via email and sent you photos and videos and I had no response. This is why I sent it through to you again at the beginning of October. Your response was that you do not accept returns after 30 days.
I am sure most people who purchased new flooring for their home do not expect to have to replace it within a few months. You advertised several years warranty and that your vinyl is durable and easy maintenance which it is not.
You are trying to place blame on me about correspondence rather than the fact that this flooring is appalling and it is not fit for purpose. Due to this it will cost me a lot of money to replace it.
Your overall response is the warranty does not cover anything!

I’m really pleased with my experience ordering from this company. I paid a very good price for some vinyl flooring which was marked as ‘clearance’. After checking many other sites, they were by-far the cheapest. It arrived very quickly, with a message sent on dispatch to inform me of the courier and date of delivery. We fitted the flooring this evening and the quality is excellent. Thanks so much. (Please note: my ‘date of experience’ is my order date).

Absolutely shocking customer service. Do not care about their customers. No communication. Late goods. Rude staff. Ended up cancelling my order after waiting over 3 weeks for a small cut of vinyl. Will never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Needed some extra vinyl to match what was in our bathroom. Found an almost identical pattern on this site. The customer service was great: received emails from both the store and the delivery couriers to be able to tack the flooring. Delivered within a week of order being placed. A good experience.

Ordered the vinyl and it was delivered within the same week. Pleased with the vinyl, haven’t had to use customer services so can’t comment on that. A positive experience.

Good price, swift delivery on time and date. No issues. Vinyl delivered safely.

Avoid at all cost. Would have given zero stars if I could. Absolutely zero customer service to help resolve delivery issues. No help at all in chasing up the delivery company that they haven chosen as their partner. Have been waiting for weeks on a delivery that the websites estimates at 2-4 working days.

Excellent delivery and pricing (Order #VF100025911)

After ordering the flooring I received an email letting me know that unfortunately one item id selected was unavailable. I could wait for it to get back into stock or, if I accepted a 2.8mm vinyl instead of a 2.3mm vinyl,that they did have in stock, id get it on time, AND they would credit my card with 10% of my original order. Of course I was happy to accept the thicker vinyl,that would have been more expensive, at a discounted price.

Ive waited until the item was delivered before posting the review, and yes, everything was as they described, delivered within the allocated time frame too. I'm very happy withmy new flooring.

I had a positive experience of Vinyl Flooring UK. I ordered a vinyl floor covering and a spray can of adhesive. The items arrived quickly and very securely packaged. I'm currently laying the floor at the moment and it's going down well. Will update if there are any issues with its performance over time.

Note: I was requested by the company to give my own honest review (Vinyl Flooring UK did not influence the rating or review I have given). They will send me a can of adhesive spray as a thank you for posting a review.

Don't believe them regarding the 25% restocking fee. If you are returning within 14 days, you do not have to pay a restocking fee. It's the law.

I had an issue with them sending out flooring which I cancelled 15 minutes after ordering, on a Friday. They told me I couldn't cancel it and would have to pay to return and pay restocking fee. Even though it was being sent on the Monday.

This was all a lie. They then said they would change their website terms and conditions if I didn't leave a bad review. This was 3 months ago and nothing has changed on their website. Still ripping people off. So here is my bad review again.

Order #VF100025374 - Absolutely no issues with the product supplied to date. My only issue is that the packaging it was supplied in was completely inappropriate and probably cost more than the item itself.

I ordered Vinyl sheets from this website about 8 days ago. My order was late, so I looked at tracking history and it looked like it got delivered to a different address. I called the parcel company and they said the sender issued a redelivery to a different address. I called Vinyl flooring and they said they'd look into it and call me back. This was a couple of days ago. No contact yet. Very frustrating, as I needed the sheets for my parents en suite. They weren't cheap either.

Update: They have since contacted and sorted the issue for me promptly. I am very happy with their service, despite the delay, and have since amended the rating to reflect that.

Terrible experience, order placed and no email confirmation. Contacted them about this and they said they hadn’t received the payment despite the money being taken from my account and having a receipt for the payment.
I had tried to ring to sort this out but I have been hung up on and got nowhere, I am now having to go to the bank to get my money back as this issue has not been resolved and I have not received any flooring.
Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had.
