Vileda Arvostelua 354

Purchased the Vileda 1-2 Spray Mop & 3 bottles of Vileda floor cleaner to clean my one bedroom flat. This consists of one small linoleum covered kitchen area, a small linoleum covered hall & a small linoleum covered bathroom. Living area is carpeted.

Immediately encountered an issue with the poorly designed cleaning head, which folded upside down on every backstroke. I can’t stress how irritating it is when that keeps happening. The only way I could prevent it was to bend double at the waist, place one hand on the bottom of the pole near the mop head & have my other hand on the top handle with the spray trigger. This was exhausting and didn’t fully prevent the mop head from continually folding back.

I managed to get the very small kitchen and hall done with a lot of effort. However, when halfway through the small bathroom, the mop head snapped off the pole and was completely unusable.

In summary, it didn’t even last long enough to clean a very small one bedrooms flat. Total cost of mop & cleaning fluid was over £30. Shockingly poor quality & a complete rip off.

These companies should not be allowed to sell items which are simply not fit for purpose and snap before even completing the very first use that you bought it for. Absolutely disgusting.

The main item, a rinse clean mop was delayed by over a month which was bad enough but, at least I was kept informed. When they did finally send out my items they arrived in 2 lots but the first had a delivery note on it for all the items so I thought that part of the order had been missed off. Customer service took 5 days to reply so of no use at all. Company also goes by Austen Group, DF Sales Ltd and The Laundry Company which makes tracking the order really difficult. I had to google DF Sales to work out what DHL were going to deliver

Ich habe gerade den Wäscheständer Extensiv erhalten. Das Teil kostet 68,99 € und wackelt vor sich hin. Beim Zusammenstellen muss man aufpassen, das man sich nicht die Finger bricht. So eine schlechte Qualität hatte ich mir nicht erhofft. Das ist eine Frechheit so ein Teil zu verkaufen. Ich würde fünf Minuspunkte geben, wenn es möglich wäre. Nie wieder Vileda. Leute lässt die Finger davon. Für so einen Preis bekommt man bestimmt von einer anderen Firma Qualität. Absoluter Schrott.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, im Oktober festgestellt das unsere Glitzi Schwämme alle fehlerhaft sind, daraufhin haben wir den Kundenservice angeschrieben da sicher die gesamte Charge betroffen sein wird.
Kurze Zeit später kam eine Mail vom Kundenservice und als Danke für die Meldung sollten wir Ersatz bekommen. Dieser ist bis heute nicht da. Nach der erste Frage wurde gesagt es wird erneut verschickt, mittlerweile antwortet niemand mehr.

Ich wollte nie Ersatz haben, es war nur wichtig das nicht noch mehr fehlerhafte Ware bekommen, man freut sich wenn was ersetzt wird und eine Firma sowas ernst nimmt aber nur labern und nichts machen ist mehr als peinlich für so ein großes unternehmen.

El pasado día 30 de Noviembre compré un tendedero vileda infinity flex el cual indicaban que en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas recibiría, estamos a día 10 de Diciembre y sigo sin rastro del tendedero que obviamente he comprado, en definitiva, una estafa, me han cobrado y no se sabe ni cuando voy a recibir mi pedido, lo peor es que no hay donde dirigirse, quien teóricamente debe solucionarlo no da ninguna solución, eso si, cobrarlo ha sido lo primero que han hecho!

Vergonzoso, una vez y nunca mas, no compren en la web d Vileda!

Compré el cubo vileda turbo y en el primer uso salpica mucho además el cubo salta cuando está escurriendo. El palo malísimo y la mopa se retuerce al fregar…. Vamos, un desastre. Llame para dar queja y me lo cambian por otro igual, con lo cual mismo artículo, les pedí cambiar el modelo ya que este va fatal en todos los aspectos y me dicen que no, además no quisieron desembolsarme el importe. Llevaba un descuento de 10€ y tampoco me lo han abonado. Mala empresa y mal servicio

Ich habe mir den Dampfreiniger Steam one gekauft. Er ist leicht , nicht so schwer wie andere. Dampf ist recht schnell da. Handhabung leicht. Reinigt wie er soll.
Was ich nicht so gut finde ist das für mich viel zu kurze Kabel.Ich musste Verlängerung dran machen.
Was mich störte, warum müssen 12 Hefte an Beschreibungen , richtig große Blätter, mit geliefert werden . Das landet doch direkt in die Papiertonne. Wirklich unnötig.

Got a vileda looper electric floor mop in May. The handle keeps coming out and the button which should spray the cleaning solution now just switches the machine off!
This product has a 2 year guarantee but Vileda customer service do not answer the phone and have ignored my email.
Do not purchase this - you would regret it!

Absolutely dreadful mop. Floor left too wet, squeezing mechanism is terrible. Didn’t last one wash. Vileda should be embarrassed at selling this. Total rip off.

Ciao. Dopo 6 mesi di uso della lavapavimenti a vapore, questa si è guastata. Ancora in garanzia l'ho inviata (a loro spese) in assistenza dove mi è tornata, magari con qualche giorno di attesa di troppo, sostituita con modello nuovo.
ottima assistenza e con cura del cliente.

I would give this company 6 stars if I could! I had an issue (caused by myself) with a clothes airer. I am disabled. I emailed Vileda and explained what had happened, due to my disability, and that I was responsible and not a faulty product. My email was dealt with swiftly, and without quibble it was replaced foc. It arrived less than 24hrs later. It’s a well made sturdy product which is built to last. Customer relations exceeded my expectations by far. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

Ich habe den Steam Dampfreiniger bestellt im Online Shop bestellt. Nach 2 Tagen war er schon da & ich bin direkt zum Fan geworden. Der Zusammenbau war einfach, das Produkt selbsterklärend und mein Boden ist so sauber wie noch nie. Kann ich nur empfehlen, danke Vileda!

The new spin mop.. Terrible, absolute waste of money. Doesn't take anywhere near as much liquid as a conventional mop bucket. I really wouldn't recommend this.

Ich habe mir nach 25 Jahren einen neuen Vileda Fensterwischer gekauft für 19.99 € bei Amazon. Mein alter * traurig bin hat eine Macke in der Gummilippe, sodass sich Streifen ziehen an der Fensterscheibe.
Ich habe mich entschlossen wieder ein Modell von Vileda zu kaufen weil ich mit der Qualität super zufrieden war. Und nun ist meine Lieferung gerade angekommen und ich muss schon vom anschauen sieht er billig aus. Nicht mehr die Qualität die es einst noch gab. Schade.25 Jahre schafft der Neue definitiv nicht!

Bestellung aufgegeben, kam nur eine Teillieferungen. Nach Rückfrage teilte man mit das der Rest der Lieferung untergegangen ist im Auslieferungsprozess. Differenzbetrag wurde erstattet aber eine neue Bestellung mit Versandkosten sollte wieder von mir ausgeführt werden. Dankend darauf verzichten nochmal Versandkosten zu bezahlen, da auch auf meine Mail diesbezüglich keine Antwort kam.

Ho acquistato easy jet qualche anno fa, all improvviso il rullo non gira più e contatto l assistenza grazie alla garanzia la macchina viene sostituita, dopo 2 anno e poco più stesso problema ma non è più in garanzia quindi a loro non interessa se nessuno te la ripara l oggetto lo butti....scandalosi

Buying from this company has left me regretting!
I bought a Vileda Turbo Spin Mop from their website a week ago. The item arrived all tattered and not fit for purpose. I contacted them to replace it or refund my money. After several emails back and forth I decided to return it for a refund. The return process is extremely cumbersome. It costs £12.50 for them to pick up the item. If you send it back yourself, you run the risk that they might turn around and say they never received it or it has missing parts when it was returned. This is all in the email they sent me if I want to return it. The manager I spoke to was rude. I will never, ever again buy from this company.

Mi experiencia no ha podido ser peor, con el producto que ha dejado de funcionar en un mes, con el personal que no saben atender y con las soluciones de la empresa que son cero.
Por eso les aconsejo que no regalen su dinero a quien no lo merece. No vale la pena
