vildea and home hardware must have cooked up some kind of deal, home hardare had a roud spin mop with a scrub centre that worked great, then it disappeare and in came velida with a triangle trying to fit i a round hole. the mop does not clean as well as the round one, the foot spin is a royal pain compared to the home harware round system. home hardware must have made a lot of money n this deal and screwed the customer with a crappy product. don't buy it.

I have received the steam plus cleaner the packaging was really good and deliver quickly.

Mindestens einen Punkt muss man ja hier vergeben, auch wenn dieser zu viel ist. Etwas bei Vileda bestellt. Schrecklichste Qualität; Rücksendung, beantragt und zurückgeschickt. Trotzdem wird per PayPal das Geld eingezogen. Auf meine E-Mails reagiert kein Mensch. Ich werde nun einen PayPal Fall eröffnen. 0 % Weiterempfehlung!

In October 2025 I replaced my Vileda mop head. On using it the mop detached from the plastic and could not be used. Reported it to Customer Services and they replied that it would be replaced. 5 months later, 20 emails, 5 phone calls and still no replacement. Even tried contacting their CEO Karin Overbeck, email returned, no surprise there.
This is an appalling company, but there is seemingly nothing you can do as Trading Standards are not interested.

Nachdem ich erfolglos versucht habe, im Handel eine Ersatz- Schaumstofflippe für den Feger zu bekommen, habe ich mich an den Vileda- Service gewandt. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Ersatzteil nicht mehr erhältlich ist.
Das Kehrset ist aber nach wie vor im Handel erhältlich- und damit mehr oder weniger ein Wegwerfartikel für den Preis von 12 Euro

Die Lieferung kam nicht so schnell, wie gedacht, und vor allem - aus China! Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir von einer Bestellung abgesehen. So etwas sollte im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert werden. Bei VILEDA hätten wir damit niemals gerechnet.
Wir hoffen, dass dies im Garantiefall nicht zu Problemen führt!

Ho acquistato il VILEDA H2PRO SPIN MOP SYSTEM non potevo acquistare cosa peggiore perché oltre al prezzo eccessivo la qualità del prodotto risulta altamente scarso ( il mogio della scopa dopo il primo utilizzo era tutto aggrovigliato risultando un ammasso unico) la performance che non garantisce quello da loro dichiarato. La promoción es engañosa, pese a que introduces correctamente los datos, sale como fallo del cliente, y no deja avanzar. El producto es bastante mediocre, y no escurre suficiente.

I purchased a Vileda Mop and bucket set for £19.99 from Costco. This broke within one month's useage (in fact the first time we used it). The handle would not stay put and snapped. Very, very poorly made. As the store is quite a way from my home, I contacted Vileda by email on 27 March 2026 with video and photo evidence along with the receipt. No response. Sent a second email 10 days later. No response. Left 3 voicemail messages on their Customer Service line (where you never get to speak to anyone) and guess what? No response. Incredibly poor (non existant) Customer Service and shoddily made bad products. Awful, awful company, stay well clear.

La Vileda fa oramani prodotti molto scarsi e sono costosi , ho acquistato una scopa 12 euro dopo qualche giorno senza usarla si staccavano i pisolino, ho contattato il servizio clienti Vileda ho inviato tutte le foto dettagliate , mi ha chiesto lo scontrino , chi conserva lo scontrino di una scopa. Mia moglie acquista un mocio lo mette al manico senza metterlo nemmeno in acqua si stacca tutto.

Ich würde 0 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte... inzwischen ist mein 3 Wäscheständer von Vileda einfach kaputt! Die Stangen brechen ständig ab, obwohl angeblich witterungabeständig. Dafür sind die Teile einfacv zu teuer!

Purchased a Vileda Supedry Hoist Rotary Hoist Dryer.
The mechanism for raising and lowering the pole has become disconnected.
Followed Vileda online instruction to
re - engage mechanism without success.
Emailed them and left messages on their answerphone.
No reply from either.
Customer service does not exist.

Poor quality mops that break very easily and I suspect this is a purposeful design flaw.
Company refuses to communicate with me properly.
I advise anyone to not purchase from this company as they as basically scamming thieves.

Need reporting en mass to trading standards.

Always used Vileda mops for years.Now these new mop heads are rubbish.Combed stores over for original versions none to be found.Why is newer always deemed better.? Same with newer GRams .Not a patch on the original.. Listen to customers instead of being hell driven ro re package, change when there's nothing wrong with the original.I am not luddite but come on who's kidding who ?
