Working with Alex on a visa issue has been super great!! We went through the complications of being denied boarding to Vietnam by Japan Immigration because of not having middle name on visa. We had to spend the night in japan ruining some of our reservations we had planned. Without Alex we would have been lost. We were about to board our flight from Cambodia to Vietnam but were stopped because we did not have our middle name on the visa.

AMAAAAAZING!!

I had initially ordered 4 visas with rapidvisa.fr who didn't know, nor told me, that there would be delays due to the 1-week-long local New Years holiday celebration at end of January. It basically meant that we would not have our visas on time for out trip.
