Alex literally saved our entire trip and was so knowledgeable, reassuring, responsive and kind during an otherwise very stressful experience. We needed to fly out on a weekend and what was a public holiday in Vietnam, but Alex was still incredibly responsive and got us our visa same day and even slightly earlier than anticipated. I received truly emergency assistance. In 3 hours, staff member Alex managed to get my boarding authorization, and my e-visa was sent via WhatsApp. With that, our vacation continued normally. Clearly, finding out that you need a tourist visa to enter Vietnam 24 hours ahead of your trip is not ideal. It is then, however, an enormous relief to see that there is efficient help in this delicate situation. This service took me through the process step by step and delivered precisely as announced.

So very helpful for me, on the day of travel and feeling out as to how my visa was going to come through on a Sunday. I felt like I was a priority from the very first first WhatsApp message and accessed this number through a bona fide website.

Absolute trip-saving emergency Vietnam visa services!! I learned there was a one-letter typo on my middle name as I tried to check-in and board my international flight to Vietnam. The check-in counter absolutely would not let me check-in. I tried so many websites. (Don’t bother with the US / Vietnam embassy! All three numbers listed either don’t work, don’t answer the phone, or don’t respond by text, even though they say you can text.) I called and text and emailed many phone numbers saying they offered “emergency”services but none replied quickly until I found this site: “Vietnamvisa.dept.vn”. Alex responded to my WhatsApp within a few minutes. The check in counter had already closed. I was out of time. Alex got me an Approval letter in less than 15 minutes!!! That “letter” allowed me to board, and soon after (before I landed in Vietnam) he’d sent my new / updated Visa. I can’t thank Alex enough!! My trip would have been ruined. I was joining a group tour and they don’t wait around for delays. I would have had to cancel my entire trip if I wasn’t able to get on that flight. I recommend everyone save their Whasapp number before your trip!!! Make sure you have it on hand in case you need help. Is it cheap?? No. But when you run out of time, you pick your battles. I searched on 2 websites and found out thet they re not trustworthy and visas were double the amount of the supposed fee. Then i browsed out on this website applied online and I recieved an email to attach required documents. My partner and I didn’t do our due diligence before our flight to Viet Nam and applied for our visas only 2 days before our flight.
