The best company ever. I had issue with my 3 months old Edge EDS 3000 1FO amplifier and burned down. I contacted them, and they sorted out under 3 days. By the guarantee they sent me a brand new amplifier. The communication was excellent! Irecommend with warm heart! Very professional team with good support.

I bought a vibe powerbox amplifier with DSP. The package arrived quickly without any problems. The problem occurred when I contacted Midbass (Vibe audio) to return the purchased amplifier. It took them over a week to send a return label. I sent the product back quickly after receiving the return label. Now the whole process takes almost three weeks and I can't wait for a refund. Ciaran who is probably responsible for product returns is not helpful, he replies to emails with a lot of delay and is simply unprofessional. I decided to contact PayPal for a refund. I opened a case and the money could be in my account at any time if Midbass showed a bit of good will and contacted PayPal. I do not recommend buying from Midbass. If someone is going to buy anything from their offer, buy through ebay or Amazon so that in the event of warranty repairs or returns of purchased products there will be no problems.

They do some really great stuff, I’m new to installing amplifiers, speakers and that, gone through a few pairs on their speakers due to my incompetence haha. My most recent purchase was a subwoofer 12inch slick, hooked up with one of their amplifiers powerbox 400.1 serious power for such a small amp, sounds great and my Audi A1 is shaking, with clear bass.

Installed it with the rapid kit fit they have as well, one thing I will say, everything works great.

The tap on connectors that come with them though look complicated at first, and with barely any instructions online or within its manual it’s hard to know what to do with them, at first I thought the wires would have to be exposed at first. I didn’t realise with a bit of force from using pliers you can get the metal to cut through the insulation, what would have saved my cables and time. Also the labels wasn’t labeled what was positive or negative so had to fiddle around a bit to get the right polarity.

But in the end all worth it, just with them few things cost me quite a bit of time haha.

I bought my amp through Amazon but thought I'd share my experience. I'd already added an Android touchscreen to my F30 BMW which has the very basic audio system. I wasn't sure what, if any, difference this would make but thought it's worth a try.
I didn't expect the difference to be as big. The underseat subwoofers can now be heard but the big difference is in the frequency separation. I am now hearing music much better. I listen to rock music and it's shifting between the speakers that way it should be heard. It seems to be pushing the speakers more and I'm getting more from them thanks to this little amp. I'm in the process of upgrading the stock speakers now to see what difference that makes but, for £150, this amp is a steal. I already had experience of removing fascia when I fitted my Android screen so fitting this took less than 20 minutes but check Youtube for how-to videos.. It's very easy. Highly recommend this for a cheap, easy and qiock upgrade

Bought a set of 6x9 which literally sounded like wet farts 2 months in. Absolutely no help from customer services claiming it was my installation at fault (literally 2 wires😂) had a replacement from Halfords. Now this set are failing too. Stay away.

I got a twisted bass speaker never worked and store won't take a return

The Vibe Black Air are crazy for the price, crazy 750w RMS 12 inch doing just fine on 1000w RMS!

Bought Powerbox 65 and cables separately.
Amp gave up after 2 weeks.
Wanted to buy something else but for any questions via email no response after a month. Just invitation to join the helpdesk portal. Joined, asked. A month after, no reply.
Steer clear of any vibe or fli product. Better and cheaper alternatives out there.

Vibes website and Insta profile brags about being available for information and that they are always happy to help. I reached out to Vibe to place an order for a compete speaker upgrade, amp and sub fit out. They only ever replied to my emails when I chased and whilst initially they were helpful they then stopped replying. Went with a package from Focal instead.

Not overly expensive car audio stuff. Managed to set up a complete set for a pretty low price in comparison to other websites/stores.

The best value for money car audio products I have ever bought. The performance outdoes products 3 times the price.

Not a very pleasant experience seeing as I have been supporting this British audio manufacturer for the past 6+ years both recommending and buying audio equipment from them until recently.
I bought a pair of matching 1000w RMS subwoofers only to have to return both of them with a the same identical fault (melting input terminals google it)only a month for the 1st failure and maybe another two months after for the 2nd. I contacted vibe via there www twice only to be ignored both times I then managed to get the company I bought from to ship the speaker to vibe to be fixed/replaced I had paid £100 each reduced from £250 each I had to send (at my cost) the brand spanking new fully boxed with original box, manual, screws seal etc in mint/new condition bar the fault to vibe only to wait over 3 weeks without any contact or conformation from them regarding receiving, replace/repairing or returning. To then have them return my speaker in a battered incorrect box stuffed with nothing but bubble wrap and a badly repaired speaker inside. Needless to say I am not happy at all and I guarantee I will not be buying or recommending them ever again stay well clear of this badly managed firm and their half assed attitude.
