⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience — multiple mistakes and poor communication
I ordered around £370 worth of plumbing items on a Saturday. I noticed the company was closed over the weekend, which was understandable, but by Wednesday I still hadn’t heard anything about my order. I called to chase it up and was told they didn’t actually have the white water tank I’d ordered — despite it showing as in stock on the website. I agreed to swap it for a black one so the order could finally be sent.
The delivery arrived on Thursday, but the expansion tank was missing. When I called again, they said they had noticed and were sending it out that day — which would have been fine if they’d let me know proactively.
Then, when I unpacked everything else, I found the hose pipe was missing too. So despite waiting nearly a week, I couldn’t even start the job.
I appreciate it’s a small family business, but it’s still a business — and missing items, stock errors, and lack of communication are just basic things that need to be right. Really disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.
I guess the Trust Pilot reviews make sense now.
