10 years of excellent service

I've been using Vesternet exclusively to supply my automated home devices for over 10 years now. I have always found the service regarding both the ordering process and particularly their techincal support, excellent.

You sold me smart switch 6

You sold me smart switch 6. but that doesn't seem to be supported in the smart things app - I installed it calling it a smart switch 7 and it seems to work!
As far as I can tell, smart switch 7 is only available in euro plug - but why does the app not support the older models?

Now you see it, now you don’t.

I came to place an order due to a promotion sent to me. I go to the page, put my items in the cart, get to shipping to be told it doesn’t deliver to me. It is terribly frustrating considering the time I have been waiting for them to return to stock.

However, we are little confused because you say you were unable to place the order due to us not shipping to your country (we ship worldwide).

Yet you were actually able to place the order (ref 4052929403), and you would only have received this invite to review if you did place an order?

Perfect as usual

I get almost all my z-wave equipment from Vesternet so when I needed a new z-wave socket for the christmas tree they were the obvious choice. Next day delivery was handy so we could get the lights on the tree as soon as possible and start feeling festive without the need to reach round to unplug or switch off plugs by hand. Plus having the lights automatically on in the morning starts a December day off perfectly!
